- Welcome Traveler. Solon is my absolute favourite supporter since he was introduced to EN. And with him boosting polearm damage and breaking the enemy passively - Canary won't really stand a chance being replaced with Solon in a merchants comp - even when her ultimate is also reaching the backrow. But what about Thieves and other classes? Let's find out!

so interestingly, if you use her skills without any thieves evades on, but you get 2 after the skill has been used, you still don't do follow up attacks. BUT if you have at least one thieves evasion then you will do 3 follow ups after the skill/attack you were using because two got added. where's the sense there? anyway. really powerful unit.

Personally, I think Canary will be better than Solon. At least, more teams will prefer her. Solon will still be better for certain situations, but overall Canary is much more flexible. And I really don’t think it really takes 7 characters to do all the necessary buffs and debuffs for maximum damage. Having multiple characters to attack should be the best option.
I think you're underestimating the power of a concentrated buff such as the one Solon provides. Sure Canary technically gives a higher raw buff value but it's only difference of 50% potency and it's not all applied to your strongest damage dealer. Not to mention a lack of damage cap up making it awkward on some units.
Not only does Solon’s scaling actually lead more impact especially later on, but also if you really want to have that, there is a Temenos who can do the same thing in a much betted banner with Agnea.
