Sir is adult dm after peds feasible? How many pediatricians actually do that? And are there any future career problems such as when they apply for jobs having done dm and md in ped and adults respectively? Thank you sir
Hello Bhaiya! A genuine question which I am sure many students have in their mind. It is so that only the school toppers from childhood get selected in AIIMS in NEET UG? Like are all the students in AIIMS DELHI toppers from the very beginning. Thanks Just a 16 year old naive kid whose mind keep getting these Qs😂
@@suhashoneybunny7897 but really it's the truth. You do search history 99.9% of aiims d students were topper from their school time. They'll say they were average, didn't study had some condition etc etc but had gotten 95% or more in their 12th. Even thou some really got distracted for some time(like aditya bhaiya in 11) they were already topper till their previous class so it's easy for them to get back on track. (Also their scores during their distracted phase are the scores we average students dream.😂)
Please make a video rank wise (range) what DNB and MD institutes one might choose. I really want paeds but according to past year, I'll be getting DNb and that too not in Delhi
Sir how will be FNB ped. cardiology, after md paediatrics, if I don't want to do DM further & want to settle in a tier-1 city. How is the career scope??
Sir . The fact that the age group of pediatrics is only 0-12 and more in medicine . Doesn’t mean patient load is going to be less right ? That shouldn’t be the point to Chose medicine and leave pediatrics right ? Patient load will be good for paeds also right because some people were saying only medicine will have more patients so you should not take paeds you’ll have lesser patients.
Child birthrate is high in india ..india is in late expanding phase of demographic cycle so u think case load in less in paeds ? There vl never be scarcity of paeds cases ..bacche toh har jagah hote h

Both r pg degree..the only difference is md is provided in govt / private medical colleges wheras dnb is provided by either govt or private hospitals . At the end of the day both are doctors and it all comes down to you as a doctor . I know some dnb doctors earning way more than md doctors . First stop thinking there is an actual difference be the two ...both are same !
If we go for DM adult after paeds then the exam would be the same as medicine people going for adult dm then don't medicine people will have upper hand over paeds while going through this exam?
They will have. But that doesn’t mean people from Pediatrics haven’t cleared. Infact, especially as far as Med Onc and Hemat is concerned- around 30-40% have their MD in Peds!
Sir, do pediatricians have a hard time preparing for NEET SS for an adult DM branch compared to medicine counterparts? Or it's manageable to crack NEET SS for adult superspeciality?
Of course because now neet ss paper for adult dm comes from Harrison and pediatric residents will be learning from nelson during their residency compared to their medicine counterparts who would be cramming harrison in those 3 years
Haha. It’s because every branch is good. You just have to decide what suits you. If you want an end branch and want to settle in let’s say Delhi - then obviously Medicine and Peds isn’t for you. Derm/Radio offer that. That’s how you decide.
