Sir I am first year pediatrics resident .......and I am very depressed with the teaching over here.....can u please guide me as to what is first yr work is ...as here we are only dispatching sample to lab and bring report....type discharge....and get scolding ....can u please guide
With all due respect I disagree with the point of not using online lectures in first and second year. In my college itself (a good one), majority of students resorted to preparing each subject by only focusing on PYQ solely to pass end year exams (from which majority of exam questions often come) due to how vast each subject is from standard text books (one example was mugging up enumerate answers for anatomy). Very few people had proper understanding of subject, concise video lectures (I include Kaplan here as well along with Indian online video apps) on other hand would have built their foundations so much better and helped them later in entrance exams as well. Standard text books should never be forgotten but there is nothing wrong with using online lectures as long as you're learning something properly.
With all due respect …..…..no one said not to use the video lectures. The problem is not reading books Tell me how many of those who use these app actually open the book ever. If these resources are used to make life easier - great! Nah, almost everyone uses them as shortcut

Doable in something like Radio/Derma. Not in peds.
Me and my mom live together and have a domestic help too- that’s why Shih Tzu can be taken care of.
