I have been in the cadets for over 3 years and I can say that it doesn’t matter how old you are when you join, it matters how much experience you have in the cadets. a few problems, 2-4 of these cadets aren't confident enough to stomp their feet when closing open file. open file is for inspections usually and doing that on your turnout would be horrendous.
(i don't see any badges so these lot are probably basic.)
we're not air cadets, don't put your arm out when catching your dressings
as my Sergeant would say "how long has your arm been there"
marching was good, but the halt was sloppy, don't know if you lot do "step, check, halt" but i'm 90% sure that's correct for all units.
