The government should build a lot of cheap 5~6 storey apartments, the population of West Africa is increasing, the land should be used more efficiently and space should be saved. And build a railway linking Accra, Abidjan and Lagos to speed up the movement of goods across borders.
What you are asking cannot be done out of vacuum: it’s ONLY responsible and competent government like the NPP can do that.

Ashanti Region and Kumasi is the most Beautiful and well built constructed with many cities, villages and towns around it and it's far distances with almost everything ! Anyone can challenge or bet it . It's the most Populous Region and less poverty !!
