Kwame Bediako has NEVER been a scrapdealer. His father Mr. Bediako, was a billionaire from Kumasi. He was born into wealth, his elder brother is also doing massive stuff in Ghana. Sadly, he has made zero investment back home in Kumasi.

You’ve just picked a small part of his story and generalised. Please listen to him fully. He mentioned his mum was poor and he lived with his mum in Kumasi as a child. It looked like his mum and dad were not together. It was a later stage when he moved to Accra where his father was who had money. Where he went to Secondary. Born into wealth? Please follow his story. Also, you can see he makes strategic moves. He’s started his real estate investments in Accra because of the highly commercial location. He’s not going straightaway start in Kumasi because he was born there. He’s a business man. You don’t even know his vision abt Kumasi in the near future.
I can be here behind this screen and talk but what about investing in food production as always the people who has the money don't have a clue what to do with it there should be no reasons for any Ghanians to leave the country the rich is for the rich and the poor fight against themselves where are the sky trains if I come to Ghana with my hand power tools how am I going to operate when you are having power cuts if I open a shop my equipment will be of no use by the power cuts so having beautiful buildings is point less and the general population cannot enjoy the basic of a socal modern day society should have the youths needs training you will be having new roads and yet still there will be nowhere for the water to flow back to the oceans
