Hi Enis

What if website shows 403 forbidden error while filling application
Excellent video
Very clear on who needs MC Number.
This is so true, I'm currently a driver recruiter/ starting an Independent dispatch company, real quick I just hire a driver and the company was willing to give him a second chance because he was just coming off the SAP program and said he had learned his lesson but he went to the return to a work drug test and had been drinking then ask told me he didn't think his drinking would be a problem, great subject. Thanks
It's really difficult to make a judgement with someone with a history like that.... I feel ya
Hello Ron....I am a new driver looking for freight loads....
I am a mobile car wash owner here in San Diego, California .
Would you be interested in directing me in the right direction in how to get my first load?
Carrier is best way to go
I understand that when negotiating with a broker (of which I am) that a dispatcher uses the MC/DOT #'s of the specific carrier that he/she is representing for that particular load- To use major load boards such as DAT, TruckStop, etc, as you know, MC/DOT credentials are required, so do you simply get permission from any of your carriers to use theirs? If you use the numbers of "Carrier A", and pay for the subscription, am sure you would not pay for yet another separate subscription for Carriers B, C and D, and so on, individually...
DAT board does not require MC to sign up, but Truckstop does. It's really up to you if you are going to do it that way. It does not make sense to pay subscription for each carrier.
@@NeverStopTRK could you please tell DAT load board is a good choice for a small box trucks loads ?
Or what load board would you suggest to book smaller loads around 2000lbs for 12 ft box truck ?
Do you work with such small trucks owners? 😊
Don’t have a DOT or MC ( gvwr of truck is under 10001 lbs, class 2).
Have llc and commercial insurance. Just starting! Don’t get what my options are ..
Thank you for your channel 🙏very interesting information!
So do you use the owner operators mc number when you book on a load board
You are the best! Keep these videos coming. My question is how can I distinguish if a driver is an Owner-Operator when I am driving looking at trucks pass by? If they have both DOT and MC numbers, does that mean that they are an Owner -Operator? Also if they just have 1 or the other what does that mean? Sometimes I only see trucks with a DOT number on it.
That's a good question. Look for odd company names and distinctive truck looks, set-ups, signs on the truck, etc. Also, when you look them up on FMCSA, they have 1-3 trucks listed in inventory.
Do we need a load system to keep track of the booked loads?
Are we responsible for their HOS violations, keeping track of their annual inspections, checking they have everything up to date before dispatching a carrier?
Tms system is advisable to have. You ate not responsible for driver's hos and inspections.
Thanks for the content Enis! If you book a load for a carrier as a new dispatcher using Power DAT, does the load get booked to you, and then you forward it to the carrier? Or do you book it using the carrier's credentials?
You book it in your carrier's name right away. Thanks for watching
@@NeverStopTRK You're awesome Enis!
Hi Enis Some owner operators are lease on to authority and operate under that authority's name.
what about the dispatch service' will the authority dispatch them or they can have their own dispatchers
They will be dispatched by whoever they are leased to.
Question? Would you own a motor carrier (trucking company) and start a dispatching service under that MC#, or should the dispatching service be its own company unto itself???
You should start a dispatching company using a separate company, phone number and email.
Hey, boss!
If I'm working outside U.S. and I'm not citizen or resident, should I pay any of U.S. taxes?
In the top of that I'm paying tax on my end in my country. So, how carrier can hire me on their side, do they need to file my salary into their taxes?
The same situation
Hey man, you're such a amazing guy. You're explain well but still I do have a question for you. So my question is.
I'm a individual, and I have 50 listed truck drivers with me. And I want to book load for them on DAT. So do I need MC authority for this?
Hello, I am not sure I understand. How do you have 50 trucks listed with you?
@@NeverStopTRK they are all my friends. And they said that I can book load for them on behalf of them... so for this do I need my own mc authority or I can book load on their mc authority?
It seems like you will be working as an independent dispatcher. You don't need an MC# for that. You book loads under their MC#s for each one of them.
Sir , I want to start my dispatch from India so it is important for me to apply for llc or just I can start my business from calling carriers and start booking their loads ..
Hi, hello. Do I need to have a BOC3 number if I'm a dispatcher I do not have any equipment.
You don't need it
hello i have MC number but from few days at broker side it show some problem like MC authority is pending so can you please suggest me that what can i do now because it is not good for my business and its already a week.......
You need to wait for a written confirmation from FMCSA
Hi Enis,
I just set up my dispatch business, I haven’t got a carrier which bothers me a lot. But yesterday, a carrier called me and said if I can dispatch for him, but he doesn’t have MC NUMBER. I was thinking of getting MC number so he can use, because I am really frustrated. But thanks for this video
Hello. A carrier has to have an MC# if they are driving interstate. You cannot have MC# without your own truck or an owner operator leased on to your authority. That being said, if that owner operator wants to lease on to your authority, than it will work. Keep in mind that in that case there is a lot more money, regulations and and paperwork involved if you decide to go that route. Also, that owner will only be able to work with you while he is leased on to you. If that carrier decides to leave you, your authority will become inactive if you have no other trucks on your insurance. What that means is that you must have more than one carrier on your insurance if you have your own MC# just to be safe and not risk shutdown if your only driver leaves you. Another thing is that if you don't leave in USA or Canada you CANNOT have your own MC#.
@@NeverStopTRK thanks boss. please how can i reach out to u privately
Hi enis hope you are doing good

Hopefully i can get an answer from you and thanks aloot for your informative content ♡
Hi, I made a video about that and it should be out soon
To become a dispatcher. Do i need to have a company?
Hi enis I want ask one question can I offer CPA services as a dispatcher
Are you a CPA? We offer back office services which include basic bookkeeping and compliance; We leave the more complex things such as taxes and all that to those who are more qualified.
What does it mean ?

My question is how do you get paid if you are a dispatcher with someone who doesn't require an MC number (under 10,000 lbs) and you can't use factoring because of that. Do you get paid through the broker?
You can bill the carrier directly
FWD to 3:00 to hear the answer to the question.
