I instruct a boot camp style workout class and I made one portion of it called Circle Time because I thought it makes it sound less intimidating and more inviting. I sang the song as I was waiting for my people to all get to the circle.

I love your answer on love languages! It is not stupid at all. I actually agree with you. I feel when people dive too deep looking for answers they tend to “other” themselves and unconsciously begin to block out or judge based off of what they’ve learned. Same goes with astrology.
This is not me saying these cannot be powerful tools however you must remain mindful of these things and ultimately what ideas are trying to be sold to you.
It’s the knowledge wisdom paradox. What good is the knowledge without the wisdom to understand/comprehend it?

I don't know if it applies to you, but you might want to look into temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders if you feel like a sense of pressure/pain/misalignment is causing you to crack your jaw rather than being a result of cracking your jaw habitually. It started for me around age 23, and I had it misdiagnosed as sinus congestion and earaches for several years before seeing an ENT who realized it was a TMJ disorder.
