- Simple and delicious casserole recipe. This dinner will please everyone! The preparation of this recipe is very simple and quick. Broccoli and cauliflower are very tender and soft. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 onion.
olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic.
Fry until golden brown.
1 red pepper.
1 yellow pepper.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3 tomatoes.
Salt.
Oregano.
Cook until the excess water has evaporated.
1 broccoli.
1 cauliflower.
salt 2 tea spoons.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2-4 minutes.
Leave the vegetables to cool.
3 eggs.
Salt.
olive oil 5 tablespoons.
Yoghurt 150 gr.
Flour 130 gr.
Mix well!
milk 200 ml.
sunflower oil.
It's going to be a delicious dinner!
Add the mixture.
Parsely.
mozzarella 200 gr.
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C (350°F).
Yoghurt 50 gr.
Ketchup 30 gr.
Mayonnaise 30 gr.
1 clove of garlic.
It turned out an excellent garlic sauce.

Согласна с Вами. А ещё мне показалось, что очень много соли. Хотя, конечно, это дело вкуса).
Сыр суют везде,где надо и не надо.Не нравится,когда сыр тянется.Но как говорится,пришла мода такая,надо и нам не отстать.
Меня уже тошнит от ыра, который суют во все блюда. И мука и молоко. А можно без теста и сыра?
Такая запеканка будет вкусной и без муки, только так и готовлю ее, капусту не варю, а обдаю кипятком. А так, рецепт рабочий. 🙏

Y creo q 40 minutos al horno también es demasiado ya q todos los ingredientes están cocidos , es sólo un ratito para gratinar el queso . .

Thank you for the recipe! I cooked already but I didn’t add flour as I don’t like to use it with vegetables, instead I mixed moscatella and a bit of feta with yoghurt and milk and also added a bit of minced garlic and then poured all over the vegs. Very delicious!

Scheckt gut aber mit Sahne, Milch, Muskat und vieleicht Philadelphia käse , ohne mehl, würde es auch sehr gut schmecken!

Made this last night: it was delicious. Swapped the cheddar for feta, which worked very well. Used a much deeper casserole, so gave it another 15 mins cooking time, plus left it in the cooling oven when turned off. Worked really well. Good instructions and easy-to-follow recipe.
