Thanks for watching, have an awesome day. - Hudba
I don’t think that he understands how depression works. You have to work towards it everyday, you don’t just wake up and “finally want to be alive.”
Harry Dykhoff if you listen to the lyrics and understand them it shows by just talking to somebody can help you out a lot he never said it just happens
Late but I honestly think and to a point know that he did at least one point in his life. Based on listening to his older mixtapes and under pressure he points towards stuff he might of been depressed about. But he couldn’t articulate depression well at all in this song.
You apparently didn't watch the music video, as the video follows someone through their entire life, he wasn't suggesting at all that it's like "snap! I'm cured!"
Talkin bout “Who can relate? Wooooo!!” as soon as I heard that I turned it off. I can tell he just did it so it can sale
Music is Life the “Wooooo!” represents the “just cheer up” attitude/advice so many people have/give when people come forward
hes talking about suicide then is like "who can relate? WHOO!" it throws me off so much. it doesnt feel genuine
Depression is a chemical imbalance in your brain not fucking "I might kill my self today cause my life sucks" smh
That shits dumb af
Facts
Deadass
spot on! He just seemS fake
I just wish Logic would go back to his Under Pressure days man
ASAP Ollie i miss those days
I’d kill to hear a project similar to Welcome to Forever, Under Pressure, or Undeniable.
Simply Eli same bro
Simply Eli me too
Thought I was the only one 😕but thank the lord someone agrees
Did y'all know he's biracial?
you look hella dumb now that someone deleted their message
Lmao now you look hella dumb after I deleted my message
No duh!!!
He only talked about it in two songs, though.
This joke is over used and childish lol
I thought this was a Blacky Speakz video
AlanM- 07 it was because of the thumbnail right
i don't mind blacky speakz, he's not "bad" but he's super boring
Dann Vixm he's repetitive
SAME
AlanM- 07 same 😂😂
I'm sorry by Joyner Lucas is a much better song about suicide
Yea, with "I'm sorry" I felt that my life was on that song, like a short summary. With Logic, I mean who can relate
I prefer Pouya's 'Suicial Thoughts In The Back Of A Cadillac" or Suicide Boys "Kill Yourself"
I feel those artist have much less of an ego & really are depressed where Logic and Lucas are taking on the role of being our hero.
Bo bud ham had a better suicide song than both logic and joyner
100 gecs money machine
I feel Joyner went the same route now after these last two albums that were very lack luster despite joyners talent, I think 2018 when he featured in kamikaze was his last highlight
The problem with 1800 is that it isn't coming from a genuine place
1825ls da goat yeah its just sounds like simple kids song
thats my opinion btw
Yes it is coming from a genuine place. It's coming from his fans. His fans and people all around the world have gone through this kind of stuff and he just wanted to make a video to show that you arent alone and that if you need help you should call the number. He wanted to make a song to help people because his other music was helping without him really trying to make that big of a impact.
@@realhammy420 I think they mean that Logic himself hasn't gone through depression so the song just sounds out of touch
@@Blue-vd6bv I mean he says he didnt back then but he just released his single for coadm and he literally talks about depression and anxiety and such so I think he has gone through some depression. Point is he was just trying to make a song for the fans to help them get through the rough times ☹
That "who can relate? WOAH" made me crack up so hard the first time I heard it. Shit became a meme in my class. ISSA dead meme in my class now
The irony about that line bothering u so much is that i know for a fact there were people who literally did relate to what he was saying so I’m sure they had a different reaction to him saying “who can relate”
Did the meme committed suicide?
Bruh hoenstly speaking he ssid himself he never went throught depression or anything like that but most of his fans always mentioned with his song's that he saved their life , so he actually wanted to commit a song to people around the world with hardships. Ofc he wouldn't really be able to go deep enough into the song bc he never experienced it before he just wanted to bring awareness. The 1-800 and everybody album isn't even his actual style. Try actaully listening to his real music like gangrelated or 44 bars and you'll see where this heart actually is from
What do Logic and a Zebra have in common?
They're both mammals. That's it. You thought I was gonna make a biracial joke didn't you? Well congratulations, you played yourself.
David Rowe :( I played myself
David Rowe DAMN
Shit
David Rowe I'm a terrible person lol so many things were running through my head
Yay I thought it was a big teeth joke :D ...u on the other hand think that way!
I just hate that he has much better songs than 1-800 and they don’t even get credit

WHO CAN RELATE (WOO)
I FEEL LIKE AM OUTA MY MIND
*FEELIN' LIKE MY DICK AIN'T MINE*
WOOO
Logic is overhated and overrated at the same time
Double A L
listen to his older music not overrated but the suicide song definitely
Cause he white. Ahem "biracial"
Double A how is that?
Pierre Bell
There are some that hate on him way too much calling him trash and there are people that praise him like he is the greatest rapper of all time
AYYY WHO CAN RELATE? WOOOO! Depression is like being sad, right? haha im logic and im gonna make a song about it
Tcoon 14 not depression and sadness are completely 2 different things.
thatsthejoke.jpg
+13 reasons why there's stranger things in Riverdale same concept was what he was trying to say.
Rookie Tryhard 2.0, oh ok, now I see it, didn't see it first time I read it but Thanks for pointing that out.
As a sufferer, I know Depression is more than just being sad
Who can relate? *WOOO!*
Listening to that song you can clearly tell Logic hasn't gone thru depression. He doesn't mention anything about self loathing, loneliness, and other internal conflicts the are often root causes of depression. Song's like "U" by Kendrick express depression better. Even some of XxxTentacion's song do a better job at it than Logic
oh no plz dont bring up xxxtentacles. that dude is the most cringe rapper working right now. released the worst rap "album" of 2017. shouldve just stuck to tracks like look at me. everything he does now is trash lol
Look at me is like his worst song.I'm not a hypebeaast. Some of his emotional songs are extremely relatable. That's all I'm saying
Earl Sweatshirt?
@@grasstoucher2564 I bet you're happy that X is dead huh
@@Blue-vd6bv no just his music is shit
I suffer from depression and have even tried to commit suicide, logic song really touched me and felt like he cares and knows tht there are people out there suffering in different ways, I really feel like you guys aren't listening to the lyrics or you just haven't suffered like the examples in the music vid and you can't relate. I appreciate him even making a song on this topic because not many will or want to. He doesn't have to continue this type of music what matters is that he's mentioned it and brought it to light
I agree. He doesn't have to continue with this message. The song sucks though, and that is coming from someone who has depression
Thank u omgg
I disagree. Logics songs makes me feel as if he wants to be a savior and thinks every depressed person can relate to him. Like really the song sucks. Though nothing wrong with liking it and if it makes you feel better then by all means listen to it it’s just don’t claim someone’s “not listening to the lyrics” when really the lyrics are just bad
I had suicide thoughts and the song helped me and my friend died last year from suicide he was the nicest person i knew and my dad suffers from bad depression i have lost so much time stressing i could write 2 1000 page books describing what ive been though anyway i think logic song was good but i see why people don't like it. The lyrics like i want to die i dont want to live anymore and can you relate sounds like he's mocking it i do still believe its helped alot of people the day the song came out 10k people called the number and got help and i know another friend who has tons of cuts on her wrist and nearly died shes a fan of logic and the song shes been way more positive ever since
@@user-je7pp2wg3m in the topic of this song the lyrics don’t matter the reasons matter
I’m a huge fan of Logic and still am but this album was NOT good compared to Under Pressure or Welcome to Forever I really fucking hope that his last album is his best cause he truly deserves it but if it’s something like Everybody then I’m gonna be so disappointed and sad to see such a great rapper end a career with a low.
Bleart Zeqiri I think he lost creativity once he released Under Pressure and The Incredible True Story. Honestly I think he’s run out of stuff to rap about IMO
Bleart Zeqiri lol "compared to his greatest 2 projects" no shit, how about we don't compare shit, everybody wasn't shit but it wasnt good either, it was just...meh, 6/10, im hoping his final album completely blows his other projects out the damn window...but thats asking for a lot isnt it
Nathan Jackson Logic was more creative with Everybody.
i knowwww. Logic is legit one of the best rappers alive today. his talent is unreal. He showed it on UP and even Lupe fiasco said he was the best. BRUH. logic slipped up. but he can bounce back.
Deon Nelson not at all, Under Pressure was definitely one of his best projects.
I have been battling with depression almost all my life and I fucking hate this song. It's so unauthentic and corny as shit, glad it helped someone though.
i feel you bro
Facts
I hope you two beat depression, shit sucks but I know you'll win the fight
Dr Dickinson how are you Stan?
Dr Dickinson Kendrick’s verse on goosebumps is better than Logics corny ass suicide song
Shawn can't even say Biracial awareness without cracking, lol
T.I.T.S. is his best album , production was beautiful and bars for days
Luis Rivera Nah under pressure was
Best album underpressure best mixtape ys undeniable
Yeah I love some tits
I was certainly disappointed with Everybody. There were good ideas that Logic introduced, and it was his most personalized and unique sounding album. I understood what Logic was aiming for, but he didn't develop the album or his ideas enough, and it made The album come off as Corny as hell. This song was certainly corny, but there I no denying that it had a big positive impact on many people. I read that the calls to the suicide hotline increased to record highs after he released this song.
Wow. What a great video. Really opened my eyes on everything. You should go about your life being yourself and not care about how others interpret you and that's kinda what art is about. It's about being you and having fun with yourself which is why I love art. Thank you so much, man. I love your videos- always gives me something to think about.
I would like to say thank you for speaking about this on a level of things and you want us to have perspective and realize in thought but I really appreciate your honesty even when no one agrees and that's okay, your breathing your truth and that's okay as well and I just would like to say you handed me a big epiphany for 12 mins of this video, thank you once again and keep up the good work bruh, your doing a great job.
The problem with the song is that It's so bland so dull that it hit mainstream
Some might say 'catchy', but in all honesty that's basically the same thing, haha.
"So I snuck out the bathroom window on the creep like" I want that back
Hey shawn cee I subscribed you because you speak the truth about celebrities an music.
Dope video again shawn cee
U nailed the point
U talking some real sense
Hey, this song made the suicide hot line callers increase by 20%
WHO CAN RELATE? WOO!
poorsuit who can relate oof
Hey, Ik u probably busy but I would love for you to review/reaction to Open Mike Eagle “Brick Body Kids Still DayDream”
Akeem Johnson I’ve been trying to tell him man, I feel he would love the album
What is the beat in the background? Sounds dope!
Scorpio its a song from Jay Z's 4:44 but i don't remember which song it is
Yea, I agree, I didn't like the album eather but we got that mixtape where he basically said that that was to turn up to and this is for the spirit so I'm satisfied with the mixtape.
i like mixtape Logic more than nowadays but i'm always gonna be a fan and a supporter because i believe in him and his ability to do great
I know I'm commenting before the video starts but ima just say i love the song if I'm really depressed listening to 1800 kinda gives me hope about life & moving foward i know other's may not get the same feel but that's ok tho anyways hope whoever reads this have a great day 💯
As an aspiring artist, this video is very thought-provoking. Thank you.
It's bad because it's so surface level that it's obviously pandering to people with depression and besides that it's a formulaic pop song that was meant to be played on the radio
crazy how people say all he talks about is being biracial but then he talks about depression, anxiety, suicide, social media's effect on society, politics, putting on a facade vs self validation and now he's taking on too many things? goddamn lads let the guy live! far as society is concerned you lose regardless... they'll hate regardless so you might as well do u.
My problem with Logic is that he calls himself a Lyricist but yet has rhymes similar to Dr. Suess.
dr suess was the best of the best
Im pretty sure there was an interview and Logic said his next album is gonna be fun shit, REALLY hope that's the case.
Gian Giar I heard a song called Ice Cold with him and Big Lenbo, he sounded like he did back in 2012(his prime) and hopefully his next album has that young Sinatra vibe, cuz I stopped listening to him after UP, UP was his last good album
*Comments that aged horribly*
Anziety is the best song on the album. Production is 🔥
True
Logic's theme is peace, love & positivity and I feel he has always talked and promoted it
Just hoping that you do a reaction/review to Nf-perception. Even a first reaction. Like please man
You should have like a "just thoughts Sunday" stream where we can ask you questions and stuff like that live
The main thing is whether or not it's corny, boring, not good lyrically. The fact is it's saved lives, and that's what it set out to do.
Krishnan Sen the main thing is a song good or not.if it sent a message fine...that's all good but at the end of the day is the music good
alex gipson A song has a positive message, was made to save lives (which it did) and all your gonna care about is if it sounds good to listen to? What's wrong with you?
Big Gargantuar that’s what musics here for to entertain and enjoy
Cameron Smith Only specific types
Torrid uhh no
There’s no problem with the song, y’all make it a problem
he's not saying theres a problem with the song hes just talking about the responsibility if what hes trying to do
Background beat? Feel like I recognise it from a lofi hip hop compilation
I enjoyed the feeling and why he wanted to write an album like this it, 1-800 shallow because he had never dealt with depression but the awareness it brought is something that I am thankful for.
Logic made you feel understood, but he is not your savior
"And my purpose is to do it like it ain't never been done
Always keep it real and remember where I'm from, now" - Logic, Paradise
Hopefully he sticks to that for his future projects.
I really agree with you on the beginning
Completely agree with you 💯 I feel like logic compromised with this album without him realizing it. I just hope he doesn't try to make more music like this for his next project.
The only problem is with the people saying Logic shouldn't have made this song. The fact that the songs title is literally the suicide hotline number is genius. There was a huge spike in calls to the hotline after this song released, it spreads a positive message and has literally probably saved lives
“IM WHITE IM WHITE”
“IM BLACK IM BLACK”
Hi, I’m Ramen Noodle
Ramen still dont get it
Hi Ramen Noodle I’m *John Cena meme starts playing*
I’m a bird
What’s the music Shawn has playing in the background????
Amazing point, dude. This is like how I have tried to defend DAMN from people who say it's not as good as TPAB. You just articulated it so much better than I have before. It's a different album with a different reason behind it. It would be near impossible for Kendrick to have repeated TPAB and please everyone, so he did the best thing he could have done imo which was try sounds that are newer to him and do something thats highly personal.
I can relisten to almost all of logics projects any day except Everybody, has almost no replay value
He needs to release an album when inspiration strikes. I feel like this project was too forced in the sense of him being pressured into coming out with content.
What's the background music in this video?
Great observations
Shawn I have to study man, stop uploading
Shawn I was just wondering why don't you do a video on kyle. Like a first reaction or something
Yes he should Kyle is dope AF
Johnny Medina Kyle who?
Kíre Howard Kyle
Dank Dank he prolly was one. Sounds cool
Dank Dank 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
As someone who actually has to struggle with this shit on a day to day basis I feel like the only person who can authentically represent how we feel is someone that has had previous struggles with our problem as well, or at least 1 major struggle.
Can you do a review/reaction for Numbers by Mellowhype?
listen to smino - blkswn; probably a top 5 album this year.
pls
I agree with this
I wasn't a fan of his new album but anyone that feel some type of way about his old shit need to really do some research.
Chris Ringer his old shit is his best work! That's when he was hungry and grinded for something..
Hope I like the next album as much as I loved under pressure
You're so right Shawn.
Everybody is Logic’s Encore Album
Yes
Right point
Everybody killed logics momentum
That’s actually a pretty good comparison
Then would that make Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind Logic's Revival?
Hugo Bustillo no relapse hated but stull has some bangers
Don't forget
LOGIC IS BIRACIAL
booty popper shut the fuck up this joke got so annoying
booty popper L
He's only done it on 2 songs, though. That joke doesn't make sense, then.
George Daugherty
Yeah but he squeezed a lot about bein biracial in them 2 songs. He also mention it a lot in his interviews, he also mentioned it a lot in his past songs too. And don't get me wrong, I love Logic's *old* work, but with all this mentioning about bein biracial in his *new* work just don't work fo me
You go man!! U Smart ass guy!
all facts i loved underpressure because it was storys from his childhood and how he grew up i wish he would talk about himself more
Thanks to his song suicide calls have reached its 2nd highest percentage rates in years, why cant we be thankful that he bothered to even speak for us? Not many rappers do that, they're so busy rapping about their luxurious lives and how others are beneath them. Depression or no depression anxiety or not. There are many different reasons why people turn to suicide so no he may not have been depressed but that doesn't mean he hasn't suffered, literally in the song at the end they tell you they know not everyone pain is the same, but you gotta keep moving forward and you gotta want better for yourself
As a person with depression and attempted suicides I atleast have music taste lmfao he isn’t being genuine
He already has talked about his life, he did this album cause he felt he needed to say everything in Everybody. Logic doesn't care about critics.
A critic can still critique something even if a person doesn't give a crap though.
"Logic doesn't care about critic" 5 years later this is the funniest shit ever😂
This song saved so many peoples lives it’s crazy
Whats the background music?
I just want him to drop bobby tarantino II already so he would just shut everybody's mouth.
Axel pizarro FRRRRRRRR
It's easy to call Logic the Hopsin of white rappers, but then I remember Eminem exists
Fucking Chump wtf does that even mean and why tf are you separating white and black rappers just shut up please
I'm saying Logic is corny as fuck just like Eminem you dip
You listen to Joji, Just wanted to remind you.
Fucking Chump Eminem isn't corny. Maybe he was kinda corny on The Marshall Mathers LP 2 or Recovery, but that's really all. Also, Walk On Water is corny af.
lmfao eminem a top 5 rapper all time and you saying hes corny. guess youve never listened to his music lol
Hey Shawn you should make a video about NF ‘s new album Perception
He peaked at under pressure but I still listen to it every week lol
The problem with logic today is that he’s sort of losing his roots. Yes, im a huge logic fan and i respect whatever he puts out, but he’s beginning to gain a new following that’s pushing him away from his roots. This depression suicide shit is okay, but so overused by the public to the point where if i see one more song bout it ima kms lol. But fr tho i just miss his rapman, 5am, common logic, two kings, my chain, bounce, under pressure, etc. vibes. I’m hoping that he just doesn’t forget us old fans from way back.
Under Pressure his best album to date
From a lyrical standpoint logic is not as great as you deluded "Rattpack" fan girls make him out to be . His fan base puts him on some lyrical messiah status when he is not all that crazy to be honest . Anybody that knows anybody about lyrical skill and talent knows that he is not top 5 today when it comes to pure creative lyricism. And yes I have listened to his mixtapes so I have heard him at his best spitting and it still isn't as great as you set of 14 year old white faze fanboys claim he is . He isn't bad but not as great as hyped up to be by his cult
Amen
well said. hes a decent lyricist thats about it
IH-the99 back in the Young Sinatra days was when I used to listen to him cuz I thought he was dope, but over time he evolved to a more corny ass rapper
IH-the99 Hey man im a die hard logic fan and everything you said is true. Everybody was ass , it was very plain and not very lyrical what so ever , i feel like hes lost his lyrical side which he had back in the YS and UP days. Although he was never the most lyrical person to begin with i think he really just lost it
Undeniable and welcome to forever are his best tapes.
You be looking fly, boy
Do a review on 6lack new songs
The problem isnt logic...the problems are his fans
Nassir nas Its him. Everybody was bad but his fans are ALMOST worse
Nah the problem is Logic
The haters are worse honestly.
Nah bro most of his Og fans hated his new album because it was not like his older stuff. He only got popular recently because the Medes likes his new song
Hey. The Purge by Hopsin recently came up. Why don't you give him a listen? He's super underrated lyrically
Could you do a first impressions of pouya
In my opinion Logic has a great single that people can relate to but it’s so disappointing that the Everybody album waste great overall, yet I liked the album but haven’t listen to it a lot lately. I would only listen to like 2 or 3 song from the album cause since it suppose to relate to “everybody” not everything in this album I listen to anymore cause I can’t relate to And the fact that his other projects were great is because he had a concept and did it without trying to rely on the fans.
I hope for the best and better album (Ultra 85) to be better
i know people are going to get on me for this but. Lil Uzi Vert saved me.....
The beauty of hip hop, is the perspective pertaining to things that are thematically relevant to the listener. But not so relatable it becomes tacky. Don’t cater to people, let them gravitate to you, not your message.
Well said. Damn
WHO CAN RELATE WHOOO
the unfortunate thing about this song is.... its went viral for the right reasons...but when people say "you heard of logic" "ya,he made that suicide song". im a big fan of his... and most people wont know the sinatra mixtapes, under pressure, bobby and TITS!! they dont know his amazing other work
You just said what I've been thinking since everybody came out
i just hope this is a learning experience for Logic to just do him
YO LISTEN TO SOME AESOP ROCK
husky_ THAT'S WHAT IM SAYING
i'm a big fan of Logic but ngl i miss the mixtape days
TRUE
Facts
THANK YOU
At least everyone for the most part can agree that they miss the older logic because he put the time and effort focased ON HIMSELF even in his older mixtapes and his first and even 2nd album he was speaking about himself creating and image for himself like so everyone can know who he is... and what he's done if anything "everybody" should've just been a mixtape yes it would've been one of the worst but the fact that he had 2 GREAT albums everybody tainted it and in fact it made me listen to even more of his older songs and features even I hadn't even heard and it's got me like wow... these was just straight bars and not only that they had incredible lyricism that I had never heard and just the way he flowed everything just made sense and it made me appreciate why I even became a fan...
