This is exactly how I feel about Russ. He'll say some shit like "don't idolize rappers" and "be yourself" and think he's deserves a Nobel peace prize for saying shit everybody knows.

Russ also thinks he's very unique and special for writing/recording/mixing/mastering his own music when in fact that's exactly what a lotta underground artists do. It's not rocket science like he makes it out to be. And his white guilt act is only there to trick the black audience into listening to his music as if he cared about them. He's so insincere

The problem with Russ is that His frustration gets the best of him. He has always been frustrated for not being included, but yet he talks down on those who are included.
He also thinks that because he produces, mixes, and masters his own music, that's he's better. In reality he's an average rapper, and below average producer and engineer! 💯💯💯

The statements are virtue signals that exist to say "I'm better than" rather than to actually spread some kind of awareness that he thinks he's spreading. The fact that he's had to spend a whole Joe Budden interview bragging about his success show cases that holier than thou attitude while ironically trying to convince us that he's not materialistic or that he doesn't think the plaques matter to virtue signal as a 'humble' person which just makes him look phony and narcissistic. His whole persona exists to say 'I'm better' or 'I'm perfect' which makes him extremely unlikable even in contrast to the bumptiousness of Kanye West who at least has the humility to openly embrace his own imperfections.
