    Thanks for the video. However, I have to say, this is way complicated for something that should be able to be done without the need of a USB stick and be so intuitive, a manual wouldn't even be necessary.

    Thanks for the video. Very helpful. No sure if it's possible to do given the size of the PM5 but it will be nice to have the ability to give names to the workouts. In your example instead of seeing v:20/:10...8 it will show "Tabata workout".
    First week for me using the SkiErg and I find it very challenging compared with rowing.

    Is there any way to modify an existing workout either on the favorites list or the custom list without having to set up an entire new workout?

    perfect just what I needed to add my 500 x 10 with 20 sec rest intervals into custom.

    insert usb / turn on monitor
    select workout / new / save / favorite? / yes
    main menu / usb logbook / logbook utilities / edit custom list / copy all
    main menu / turn off monitor / remove usb
