they wont. riot balancing team is full of silver players who only care about their own mains. riven, zed, ryze, yuumi all get special treatment every patch. after they took away taliyahs aoe they were busy with zoe. did they took away zoes aoe? obviously no, they nerfed it, but then decided it could be buffed back up a little bit, then a little bit more, then they gave her other buffs to compensate. in case of taliyah. the only time they ever put an eye on her again was when people played her in jungle. what did riot do? nerf, nerf, nerf and ignore. so the silver players in riot balancing team can keep on playing yasuo, lux, garen or lee sin. as long as riot doesnt hire people who main taliyah, or kindred or sona or shaco those champs will never see a buff, only nerfs at the slightest hint of beeing viable.

1) riven and zed barely get touched, it was just recently they received some light buffs
2) ryze and yuumi are just balance problems its not really special treatment :/ they either dominate the patch or they fall very flat
3) comparing the nerfs and buffs of zoe, a poke burst mage with a great early-mid game and pick potential, to a roaming utility mage with amazing waveclear and push potential like taliyah isnt very smart imho.
4) taliyah's roams are very strong when she does get the opportunity, and they removed her Q aoe to help hinder her roams and place her in a much more balanced spot in both mid and jungle (plus shes doing decently rn, however i do agree they should bring back her q aoe)
5) kindred is actually doing really good right now, so are sona and shaco. not sure why you brought them up

House of M yeah she's from shurima, comes from a family of weavers and shepards. Their people once served under Azir ages ago but still passed down stories of him, that's how Taliyah knows Azir. Also after she was taken by noxus and thrown overboard she met Yasuo, who later became her teacher. When they parted ways, because Taliyah had to go home and protect her people from Azir, he told her the quickest way back. Which happens to be through the Frejold. Hence her skin, she's also allies with Ashe. And the deer make sense too, cause her father is a shepard, they usually watch over and take care of animals like sheep, etc.

Its like Bard's ult, most newer bards fuck you over but professional ones save teams

Rito, you guys need to look into shortening the duration of her worked ground and fixing w cast, maybe instead of double clicking to pick which way to launch you can click and drag, or just double click if you only want to knock up.

Yea, she is still good, but it takes time to master her. It just that Rylai's has been nerfed that indirectly nerfed her. You can check out some of my videos on Taliyah if you want.

Two tips for this champion: One, you can throw the ranged creeps into the melee ones with her w so your q can fully clear. Secondly, whilst rock surfing, you can activate your q to instantly start hitting an opponent, so you don't just have to use it to section off the map.

She's a great champ, but she's very difficult to play, her R is strong on high elo, but really bad on low elo because people don't know how to use it properly.
Not only that, but she's in a weird spot right now, she used to be a midlaner, but now she's supposed to be a jungler, yet she gets outclassed and countered by many other junglers.
Tho in my opinion, you can play her on any role, except for top. Some challenger players even play her on the botlane.
So thats why people dont play her, she's difficult, confusing and punishes a lot of your errors.

Worked Ground doesn't give you speed boost or anything, only one Q stone for 1 mana

Taliyah should get back the aov dmg in her Q. She's quiet weak now
I've never got the chance to play her when she got that aoe on her Q, so I cant really know the difference.
The only thing I know is that she's sometimes played on high elo and does pretty well, so I think she's not that bad at all?
