I think they should have continued the nanny series. Gracie should have been the new main focus of the show since she was influenced by Fran. I think she grew up became a beautiful, confident and flirtatious woman who became a rich Aires. It would have been cool to see her become the new popular girl In her new school and also see Fran help Gracie out and help her prevent the mistakes that she made. Like maybe in her new school Gracie has her own version of Danny and Fran tells her to stay away from him. But I think there should have been a love triangle like there should have been a rich boy at the school who likes Gracie and there should have been middle class boy who is slightly inspired by Fran character.

I loved Gracie. Great actress at such a young age.
She really was tho! One wonder why some child actors seem so disciplined from such a young age and others are so awful, and Madeline Zima is one of few former child stars I can think of who didn’t grow up to be totally messed up

To be fair, Hollywood can be very cruel to child actors and so ended Up very tragically, also parents dont much either.

I wish they had kept Grace eccentric throughout the show; like a child version of Phoebe Buffay (whom Grace preceded btw).
Her last therapist appointment was before the series finale.
I mean she was still eccentric in her own way being a bit more mature than Brighton and Maggie plus Fran going to her for talks that can look like both girl talks and therapy talks with Gracie being the mature one there with a hint of deviousness with the whole Brighton and Yetta goose chase bit
I mean she obviously matured and grew up like all of us

Fran and Gracie had this fantastic relationship in The Nanny. Fran was the best thing that happened to the Sheffield household.
