How To Make Persian Kashke Bademjan | Ep 588
3 eggplants, grilled and peeled
1 brown onion, finely diced
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tbsp dried mint
1 tbsp saffron water
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup kashk (whey), extra for garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dried mint
walnuts - Jak na to + styl
This is so good. Have not made it at home before but I now will. My persian wife love this and have memories from Iran when she was little how the smell and taste was at both home and in restaurants. Thank you for this and all the other recipes u have.
