- UK Conservative MP Rishi Sunak is a career politician and a total and "utter fraud", Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage says.
Mr Farage said Mr Sunak "appropriated" him in one of his campaign videos.
"Not only did he appropriate me in that video, but he then the next day as a devout teetotaler went down to a pub wearing a wax jacket, it looked brand new he'd obviously never worn one before, and he pulled a pint and he looked round the pub and gave a thumbs to all the lads in there having a drink," he said.
"You couldn't invent it - it shows you he is a career politician, a total and utter fraud."

Container ships (mostly from China) emit the greenhouse gas equivalent of approximately 1 million sedans. Each. Annually. If countries produced locally we could avoid a lot of issues, in addition to emissions, we could avoid trade wars.
If countries produced locally, local emissions will skyrocket, prices will go up, and we'd have to source international workers to fill those positions. China is producing for the entire world, yet their energy use per capita is half of that of one Australian per annum.
Climate change is a hoax and always has been. Just look back at all of their fear mongering for just the last hundred years. We were supposed to be in an ice age 70 years ago and then acid rain was going to for sure kill us all and when that didn't do it the hole in the ozone layer was definitely going to take us all out and then I believe the rainforests were going to disappear along with all the polar bears and all of the ice caps and that was all almost 30 years ago... It is and will always be utter bullshit

Well Sri Lanka is a classic example of those former "enslaved" colonies of Britain - they were peaceful in that the tribal differences were "overcome", democratic voting came in, the country grew economically, and in the extent of education and health. They enjoyed the peace dividend. And now what have we got - the country is absolutely bankrupt, financially and politically. Britain introduced tea when the coffee crops were wiped out by a fungal disease - the corrupt family that has ruled it has now ruined it because of their horticultural ideas. Oh those horrible colonialists.

I agree. I am from Nigeria and I still love love love the UK. Infact I think the commonwealth should be extended beyond just games... We should not do politics, but we can do trade, infrastructure, development of people, education etc.

There’s absolutely no difference in emitting CO2 by burning coal or gas compared to burning ‘renewables’ like wood. Same with production of plastics etc for making wind turbines, concrete etc… It’s all a con. CO2 will be released no matter what. Yet my local authority won’t give ‘energy saving’ grants for efficient boilers that run on burning gas, yet will for wood-burners. Madness.
