Just a low tech video designed to try and help the average person change a tire or tube at home. Hope it helps someone out.
Tube note: Valve stems should be TR6 (or TR4).
constantly amazed at how you break it down so well and make things for us new people so much easier to understand .
Very well said
Thank you, We figured that these bikes would be a lot of people's first bikes and have tried to make our videos accordingly.
Nice, simple, old-school technique. It's been working well for many years 👍👍
I wanted to show how to do it the simple way because that is how I figure most people would do it at home.
Another fantastic video! I've actually got the same tires waiting to put on my own xr150l. You're very thorough how-to answered a lot of questions, many thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it. I do things on these bikes with beginners in mind (as the bikes were intended). So glad Honda made these bikes and brought them to the USA 🇺🇸
Outstanding video MishMasMoto, as always. Yes - appreciate very much a video on the rear tire. BTW - I'm a Long time Honda cycle / auto fan: started with a new 1964 Honda 150 Dream followed by XL175, XL250, XR650L, etc. And at 77 am loving this XR150L. tnx agn!
Glad to hear it! I have owned many Honda's also, XL100, CB100, CA77, XL250, CR250, CR500, XR600, and loved em all.
With all your knowledge, have u thought of installing a Big Bore kit? ( would love to see video on that). I wrote Honda Power Sports and ask if they were going to bring the XR190L to the U.S. market. They said no info at this time but would forward my request to marketing.

Since we got the bikes, I have put extensive thought into this topic as well as some other desirable mods for our personal taste. I have a fairly specific plan that would incorporate a 70mm big bore kit (still trying to source the parts). We also wanted to do a years worth of ridding in basically stock form before deciding on buying another bike or modifying the XR's to suit our wants/needs.
Good Plan - I will be " All Ears" to hear what u decide to do. You & ur Wife ROCK!
Good teacher
Appreciate it. Just trying to pass along a little help to those who may need it.
That’s awesome, thanks for making this tutorial! Will there be one for the rear tire?
Yes, hopefully we will have it edited soon.
Thanks again great vid
Hopefully, it will help someone oneday.
Awesome video. How did you true your wheel when it was out of round? I’m assuming tightening spokes, but do you have a recommended tutorial on that?
Spokes is the only way. I plan to do one at some point (probably when we swap rim sizes).
do you have a link for the purchase of the motionpro tool?
Link should be in the description now.
Where do you get torque specs from?
Most is available on the internet. I call my local Honda shop when needed. I am told that service manuals are now available also.
@@MishMashMoto okay, thank you.
I tried my owners manual and it didn’t help at all.
