Sir hows is it possible to remember everything from bailey, I always find difficulty in reading standard textbooks because in the end I dont remember anything. And in case of notes I read them again and again and it easily get stuck in my mind but with textbooks I feel if you cant remember it in the end what's the use of reading it instead invest that time in reading your notes once more that I will strengthen that subject even more.
Is this a right approach sir?
Read one page. Scribble key points (only) on a sticky note in your own words and paste it on that page. Do it for every page.
Now you will get an idea of what that page is, when u revise them again.

Sir I've written the notes using marrow 3.0 in my 3rd major itself..now I'm an intern and marrow has got upgraded to 4.0 which has more lengthy surgery videos..there will a LOT to add to my old notes..so should I use those notes only or buy the 4.0 readymade notes?

Besides doing psm opthal ent , I am doing surgery from marrow so at this time while preparing notes and watching lectures do you suggest to read the same topic from textbook/ books ? Good afternoon sir. I am a first year student. And I am going through all my 3 subjects Anat. Biochem and physio . And during my early clinical exposure I had clinical postings in pediatrics. But the concepts were really unknown to me . The cases of nephrotic syndrome, malnutrition . The cases were new and many concepts were new also. I had mentioned it in my log book. But sir should I start subscribing plan c from now onwards (Time ,t=0) ? Also in the anat classes in the topic of head and neck they had discussed about triangles along with thyroid . During the same time we had gone through the surgery early clinical postings , but they taught us about thyroid surgery . But I can't understand many things. Sir please help me out what should I do ? Should I join plan c and start preparing notes and start reading those ?
