    • @lefthandedsurgeon
      @lefthandedsurgeon  Před 5 lety +5

      Riya Kaf quite different
      Usmle
      - reasoning based exam
      - if you pass, your score is valid for 7 years, so basically you get one shot at it
      - 7-8 hours exam in one day
      - step 1 has first two year subjects minus forensic but behavioural sciences/ Ethics is a big part
      - step 2 - clinical subjects which main thrust on medicine

    I am a Second Year Student trying to lay down my Plans and strategies for these Entrance Exams and ur tips have been Useful eversince. It is my dream (and so I have decided) to commit to two set of Entrance exams 1) AIIMS, 2) USMLE . This is where my Problem lies. Sir , do you think I am following a futile dream , as a lot of my peers and Seniors have asked me to follow either one of them..or I would fail. Is there a Way I can approach both of these exams in the best way possible? I would be glad if you could chalk out a way , or show me whether I should not commit to these two exams since they are different in their nature. ?

    Sir is USMLE-step 1 helps in neetpg preparation? And if we use step 1 for neet pg how can we use it ?And from when we start to use it with our notes or after completing whole syllabus from notes sir I am in 3rd final pref and also a marrow pro user so should I start reading step 1from now or after completing whole syllabus in internship? after reading whole notes or subject wise? or there is no need to go with step 1 book and notes are sufficient??? Sir please please guide me please sir ...

    • @lefthandedsurgeon
      @lefthandedsurgeon  Před 5 lety +1

      Khyati Shah first aid for step 1 has first two year subjects whereas first aid for step 2 has last two year subjects.
      FA 1 is more useful but you will need to add more content to it from your side. Only then will it be beneficial for the Indian pg exam. Also it won’t have any facts regarding t forensic because that’s not included in the Usmle exams.

    Hello Sir. Am preparing for my fmge exam on 28th June 2019. I’ve been watching videos and taking notes from January. I’ll complete doing this for all subjects by April 10th probably. I only solved few mcqs related to the topic I watched a particular day but didn’t revise the next day. My plan was to finish them as soon as possible and start revision at once. Now am getting anxious if this will work? What would you suggest at this point? Will two months be sufficient for revision of all subjects or should I skip few subjects? Nd while revising in these 2 months should i make the 20th notebook?

    Good evening, sir ! Sir, I am MBBS 2011 batch. I ws not able to join any face to face coaching during hectic internship & the year after due to ill health. Though I bought the coaching notes & attended satellite T&D (DAMS) in last 2years. My AIIMS Nov. Percentile ws approx 89(inc. from 67 percentile of aiims may last year).
    Bt my NEET 2019 rank is approx 16k this year (from 40k last year) . UP state merit list is still awaited. Sir, I want a clinical branch in PG preferably & my health is much better now.
    Sir, please guide me whether I should go for face to face coaching this year in Delhi ?
    Or should I revise my printed notes again staying at home & tk t&d , online tests?
    Sir, I've been really alone during this prep time with no fndz to even talk when I ws in low phases . My Parents are non medicos. They understand & support bt I really get isolated at home.
