@@DrTomBiernacki r u asking for rating? Right now i just started, i liked it because it is easy and wonderfully designed. For now giving u 9 out of 10
small gentle exercises go a long way to avoiding ankle structure failure because of rolling outside the muscle capability suddenly.

@@DrTomBiernackiNo problem. I just tried the exercises and I felt those muscles firing for the first time ever😮I just gave you a 5. Do you recommend any particular stretches for the peroneal afterwards ?

Is it okay to do these exercises even if some parts of my ankle are clicking? I was diagnosed with (left foot) tendonitis not too long ago..

I would like to know what can be done for Achilles insertion enthesitis/tendinitis?
My foot doc doesn't want to inject steroids in the heel. And is talking about Lazer? Could use an opinion here ..... I tried cold Lazer on my back and elbow, it made things worse.

I got peroneal tendinitis a week ago and it's still just as bad. So painful. Trying to do strength exercises but it's not helping yet. Miserable.

hello, I’d like to ask you. - When I’m moving my ankle from dorsiflexion into plantarflexion, I can feel a pop app. 10 cm above the ankle on the outter side in the back. It feels like there is a muscle/tendon rubbing over another muscle/tendon, thats what makes the pop. Can it be related to peroneal m/t or is it more likely achilles problem? its like in zhe spot where soleus attaches into achilles. Thank you
No pain, just cracking, snapping.. If snapping while doing the exercises that's fine right?
My ankle pops went i move them inward. And if i do to enough it starts to hurt

I'm overweight and trying to reduce my weight through jogging & Walk.
So for the first 3 days there was no Problem in Jogging but after that i had severe pain in Shin bone. The pain restricts my jogging and i can't jog properly so what would u suggest me to do?
I’m having pain and numbness feeling right near my cuboid bone. I went to a doctor for x-ray and it came back negative. Now I’m thinking it maybe the peroneus brevis and longus tendon. Which ever one wrap around the cuboid bone is giving me problems.
Would you recommend these pre-run? Currently out with peroneal tendonitis 😔
What sort of issues are you having? I’m currently waiting for an MRI, my peroneal tendon is popping in and out of position around my ankle, this isn’t where I’m getting pain though which is odd, I seem to have localised pain just above my ankle on the outside of my leg, wasn’t sure if it was the fibula bone injury or the tendon, hurts when I press in a certain spot after a run, it stopped hurting for a while when I didn’t run but I’ve done 2 runs recently and it’s back again, only hurts when I apply pressure to the area but can feel it slightly during the run
