Not even 9 minutes in and she gave me more info then my orthopedic that i paid $200 for
Same here!
I second that

I’m right there with you! Frankly, its a damn shame and VERY frustrating that we can get more help from ppl on CZcams than right where we live in front of the damn doctor or PT therapist. They just want to bill us and our insurance and medicate us and send us on our way only to return and repeat!
Found my issue - downhill running. Glad I found this video
wish I had seen this months ago. She has given more info than my orthopaedic
Very helpful - I’ve watched 5 videos on this. Yours is the best!
I second that!
True story !!!
I just want to say that this injury started when I was a teenager and I'd been compensating for it for over 20 years while doing extreme physical activity in my personal life and in the military. It wasn't until I started practicing martial arts, meditation/mindfulness and breathwork did I have the awareness to realize that this was even an issue for me! Turns out, it's HUGE issue and this discovery has been a game changer. Thanks for this video!
Wtf, how do you have this problem for so many years. Doesn't it gets fixed by itself
I'm so glad I came across this video. The information is so intelligently and thoroughly presented. You cleared up a lot of questions for me and I now realize how some of the things I'm doing might be preventing the injury from healing completely. So very grateful to you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for the information and I look forward to working on this project.
this is so incredibly useful; thank you!!!
Thank you, it was the best video I saw about it and congrats by the job and content.
This is great!
Thank you so much.
This was super informative! Thank you!
Great video. Explanation and recommendations! Very thorough
Absolutely brilliant thank you. The most informative and helpful video I have watched.
Thank you! This is what I needed to hear! I have this right now!
Excellent advice! I liked how thorough it was.
The information in this video is golden, very specific to what I’m going through rn. Thank you for this
Thank you so much for this, this video really helped me understand my injury better
Excellent video with very useful info ! Best I have come across dealing with this issue. Thanks so much 👍🏼
All around great video. Very informative and explained easily for your average joe
absolutely amazing explanation - please keep posting these types of videos

This is incredibly helpful.
Excellent. Thank you!
honestly, what a brilliant informative video, thank you very much
Thank you for all your information, it has been very helpful for my injury.
Great video, I find it to be the most useful on youtube in regards to the subject!
What a great resource! Clear, well-informed, helpful. Thank you very much!
You're awesome. Solid information and delivery. So helpful.
Thanks so much!!! your videos are so useful!
I appreciate the direct applications to running/jogging.
The variable of compression was important in that I was practicing some the tactics that were exacerbating my symptoms(hard orthotics, aggressive massage and stretching, ankle brace). I have been a barefoot runner for about 3 years (20 miles a week) and have found that shortening my stride length and increasing cadence(from 156 steps/minute to 193 steps per minute) really made a difference with my flat feet. This problem always pops up when my cadence slows and my strides open up. I appreciate the strengthening exercises you suggested.
Thank you very much for such an understandable and informative video presentation. I have started cross rope jumping a few months ago and last week this started to hurt. Im sure it has to do with my shoes and my flexible feet. I’m definitely going to follow your advice and hopefully can get back to some kind of normal soon. Again thank you and look forward to joining your group on fb. Kind regards to you and stay safe.
You are absolutely the best, thank you! Very informative and practical.
I appreciate your efforts for this video😊
Great video, thank you!
this was really well done actually.
This woman is very good at what she does! Thank you.
Wow! This video was so informative and helpful. I have the beginning of this issue and was afraid that I would have to stop all running. Thank you very much. Subscribing.
The orthotics advice was spot-on in my experience - as indeed was the rest.
Thanks. 👍
So much good sense. Great vid.
Thanks Robby. Glad you found it useful xm
What an informative and easy to digest video. Thanks!
Very welcome!
This is the 2nd video of yours I've watched. Seen one a few days ago. I'm a physio myself and enjoy broadening my knowledge by working through CZcams videos. Brilliant breakdown. Nice to help my clinical reasoning and excellent explanations about load management in a way that people can relate to.
Thank you so much for this video. I finally can understand my injury and get to try to cure it. So grateful!
Thank You!!!! This is a great video to help heal my injury. God Bless
Comprehensive and clear ..you can not get better then the ones you find out in this video ...really professional and clear
What a great video on this, thanks so much for this.Your mention of different terrain, camber and hills is spot on. I find running XC and up a slight incline is much better for me and less harsh than the road. I have also stuck in a superfeet insole and what a difference. At 1st when walking I hated the feeling of it pushing on the arch, but once i started running i felt so much more secure and i ran 6 miles without any pain. By the end of the run i did not even notice the insole. So anyone watching and suffering with this get an insole in your shoe as it def helps. Thanks again.
Very helpful. Thanks so much.
Very grateful for your insight. My symptoms match exactly and tye only option I was offered was surgery!
This vid was amazing! Bob and Brad better watch out
I love your videos - so clear, so well demonstrated
Glad you like them!
Very excited for this! Been to a podiatrist and have been strapped plus got proper shoes
Excellent information! Way more detailed than anything my doctors have given me.
Most helpful PT video I’ve seen on any subject. I feel so fortunate to have found it! It’s long but not one minute is wasted. Lots of practical wisdom that clearly comes from experience. Thank you so much! I tried to book a consultation with you on your website to diagnose something else that’s not urgent but it looks like you’re booked for the next month or two. I’ll check again later :)
This is exactly what I’ve been struggling in. That exact movement is what hurt my foot, thank you
15 years, miss I thank you so much you saved my soccer career
Great video, I remember this first hurting when I jumped a fence at school maybe 10-15ft drop and landed on my feet. It went for many years and I was later diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos syndrome then the last two years it’s been constant, even wearing socks hurts and it comes on with zero warning even when I’m on rest for my joints and mr arches are pretty high as noted by my surgeon but he refused surgery from the EDS but my arches goes flat when it flares up and the pain even reaches the inside of my knees. In March I was listening to some Megan thee stallion with the girls and decided to prove I “had dem knees and ankles like hot girl meg” then smoked a joint whilst doing it with no hands then the next day my ankle flared up and only settled down last week 🙃 my feet are super flexible and my surgeon is one of Europe’s top 5 ankle specialists and even he was confused after moving my ankles and seeing the range they had
Excellent analysis and guidance to get rid of this injury.
Thanks a lot. GOD BLESS YOU.
I’ve been struggling with this injury for a few weeks now. I was ready to ask my primary for a referral but this video was so informative that I skip that and save my money! Thanks so much for all the insights! Subscribed because I’m sure more of your videos will be useful to me!
Thank you. Very informative. I love your channel. May u live long and prosper.
Thank you xm
Thanks for the tips
This is quite useful! This has encouraged me to just perform some self analysis on my injuries before I run off to visit the doctor
Thank you for the video....I took a week off and used your stretches and the tendon has calmed down a bit. I am going to go on a run tomorrow!
Great video. I haven't watched a video this long in ages. Great explanation with important details about each section.
Glad you enjoyed it!
You are a gem! The explanation and instruction is clear and concise. Thank you very much!
You're welcome!
great video!
Thank you for sharing. I really needed this information
So glad!
Thanks for your great video. Can you give a little more specific guidance on which Glut strengthening excercises to do?
You are very thorough and clear. I benefitted from this. Thank you.
You are welcome
I love this lady..thank you for the most perfect video 😊
😄👍
Awesome. Thank you so much.
Thanks so much for this informative piece.
You are welcome!
Thank you,very helpful.,God Bless..
Thanks a lot for the information. I have been suffering from that injury since 5 years and had a surgery last year. After 5 months it was back on fire and still is. With your video I learned something about the mechanism behind the aggravation and can try to reduce stress there.. Thanks from Ulm, Tobias
I've been suffering with tib post issues for two weeks. This is an oustanding video. Very informative and practically useful. I will be implementing these exercises over the coming weeks!
Very helpful information.
Very informative, I gathered so much information finding my root cause of the injury. Thank you very much.
Perfekt explanation , helped me very much, i can understand your english perfectly.thank you
Absolutely amazing delivery, you are seriously skilled in explaining and delivering information.
Thank you for this video I feel I understand.
I appreciate that!
excellent presentation, everybody kept pointing me to its more famous cousin plantar fasciitis but symptoms point clearly to tibialis posterior, a bit further up (and a lot more obscure)!
I find this video very helpful and for me, it's the gold standard. You have a very good way of explaining things which makes things easy to understand. As I write, I have ice on my posterior tibial tendon which has flared up after being on my feet a lot yesterday. Thanks for your help.
This was great! Thank you!
You are welcome!
best video ever thank you for your video
Thanks for the video - just came across it, and I particularly like the part where you explain the cause of the injury. That helps me to understand it a lot and to have a better understanding of what I should be doing. So, my question - I wear zero-drop shoes for running - they're pretty flexible, and now I'm wondering whether the change over has contributed to my PTT. What's your thought on the zero-drop, or could you wear zero-drop, but with more stiffness - not even sure if those exist. TIA.
Excellent informative video. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge
Glad it was helpful! xm
Maryke thanks SO much, this sounds exactly like the issue i'm struggling with. Will follow up on your advise and make a donation to you if it helped!
You are welcome!
Very educational video! Are there specific exercises you recommend for strengthening glutes? ...as you mentioned to help reduce load on tendon. Sounds like strengthening helped you, thanks!
Fantastic content and so very useful. Thank you
You're welcome!
I been struggling for 2years with an ankle injury and I'm having a hard time to recover. A lot of useful information in this video..thank you so much :)
Wow, after so many video's watched, you actually opened my eyes. Very very good video!
Glad to hear it!
I'm not a runner and think I have this from inflammatory arthritis. The activity modification info was so helpful.
I’ve been looking for an explanation and relief for some time now and you did the most amazing job explaining all of it! 🏆 thank you!
You're very welcome!
@@SportsInjuryPhysiothis video is beyond helpful. Do you have a video with exercise recommendations for glutes strengthening?
So pleased I found this video. Spent over 300e plus more on pain killers. Finally after over a year with pain on the left foot, and now last few weeks on my right foot. more information in this video than any osteopath, podiatrist, MRI scan, x rays, GP in the past. Thank you..off to buy inner sole gels now.
Very useful. Thank you!
Pleasure! xm
Sooooo that was brilliant! Thankyou
Very detailed and helpful. Thanks you very much
Glad it was helpful!
This video was MOST informative. I am currently experiencing this problem and it's a pity I didn't watch this video at the onset. I have flat feet and foolishly I did quite a few of the tip toe stretches at the start of my pain, which I now realize aggravated the tendon more. I eventually visited a physiotherapist who advised the towel exercise, so I'll continue with that, purchase some orthotic insoles (only now) and follow your guidelines. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your concise descriptions. I have a knee issue (arthritis), so I'm thinking maybe that is the weak link that caused TPT while playing tennis after a couple of weeks off. Now, for the last couple of weeks its very painful to just walk and Orthotics are already part of my wardrobe. Im thinking I will have this situation repeated until I get the knee attended to. Your thought, please.
Well done well said. Information was well received. Thank you so much. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍
Very helpfull indeed to understand how this patology works.Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Outstanding presentation
Thank you kindly
Best video on this problem! Very helpful! Is it essential to get orthotics?
