- Fast draw, also known as quick draw, is the ability to quickly draw a handgun and accurately fire it upon a target in the process. This skill was made popular by romanticized depictions of gunslingers in the Western genre, which in turn were inspired by famous historical gunfights in the American Old West.

Gene Hackman in The Quick and The Dead, is a stone cold star. Awesome performance.
Fun Fact, Gene Hackman is an actual gunslinger. He belongs to a club of stars and other famous people that actually know how to work a pistol. He's quite fast in real life.
Theys allways somebody faster..
I like in the last one how Russel Crowe reloads after shooting; usually they just put their guns back in they're holsters. Not wise when every bullet may count in a skirmish later on. Nice detail. Ed O'neil does it too in "Apooloosa".
That was Ed Harris in Apooloosa
Imagine if they put Buster Scruggs in Red dead redemption as a bounty you can hunt as a side quest.
Terrence hill is right up there with Clint, Trinity
Fastest gun in the movie west, Sammy Davis jr.
That first one with the fancy guns work reminded me of a scene in a film where the bloke was showing off then when he was finished got shot in the head .
Was it an Indiana Jones movie?
@@diooverheaven4137 no it was a western. I don't remember what it was called.

@@Anonymous-ux8ku "some"
So not all. Yeah, try again.
How bout that left hand Ace?
Steve McQueen held the title until his demise.
When did Expendables 3 turn into a western all of a sudden?!
So does Denzel in the magnificent 7.
@Johngreen7861 When Denzel is in the Bar,He shot 5 bullets without reloading,He than shot the barman and again re holstered His gun unloaded.
