- I hope you enjoy this trick. I think my performance here isn't the best. This trick really needs an audience. Also, I hope the focus doesn't get in the way of your learning. Anyways, good to be back. I hope to upload some more when I get the chance. Have a great 2017.

There is a far easier way to do both the front of that, and the back of that trick. I wouldn't even call it a trick though, it's a method. I'm uncomfortable sharing it openly, but let's just say you have a tremendous number of steps for what requires very few.
So I could cut down a lot on "micro moves" as Aaron Fisher calls it? Good point. I think Sankey teaches a significantly simpler version on his channel. (The pinking break turnover thing.)
judsongreenemagic mate, i've seen you ever since you started, and you're clearly someone passionate for the sleights and vids you put out. Also? you've always were open to criticism, too often in my opinion (for the internet critics that is). All that said, if you loke this type of peek and hand motions, I want to refer to you probably the best real time peek, Ryan Schlutz 'Pivotal Peek'. It's a peek as the spectator peeks and uses no breaks, so it is subtle. You can get it in his book or penguin lecture or as single release in video form. Have fun nad cheers.
Thanks for the tip and kind words. I personally want magic to improve as an art communally. For this to happen we actually have to have legitimate conversation (which basically means you need to listen to what people are saying. It seems that listening to people has become passé in a culture obsessed with 5 second contextless sound bites. Politics most likely reflect our culture more than motivate it here.) I have never been completely happy with my performances and have criticism of my own (like the one in the description). I looked up Schultz trailer and it looks awesome (I have a guess but I'll need to test it). Thanks again for watching and commenting.
Never heard of micro moves, but that sounds about right. When I do this same sort of thing, from a spectators point of view it goes, Show card, put my hand out for them to signal to put their hand out to take the cards, hand them the cards to shuffle. Boom, Boom, Boom, with no wasted time. Not criticizing, or saying the way you are doing it is wrong, only indicating that the levels of actions I do is condensed down to an absolute minimum, and I was communicating my surprise that you involved so many actions.
