i am 56 years old male..had mild heart attack and carry one stent in my heart since three years..i do walk everyday half an hour in the evening and do yoga for one hour in the morning...so far i dont have any issues..only gastric increase sometimes due to aspirin and food causes little chest heaviness..otherwise I am fine..but walking is must ...
