I would say they're more like reimagined ideas. Since BW were meant to be a sort of soft reboot, they probably wanted to revamp old concepts into fresh new takes.

I agree, plagiarism would be a same thing as the original one but it’s made by a different person, Unova is made by the same person who made Kanto as I will assume that they just created one with some being a parody to the original one

Gigalith is just a better version of Golem. At least to me, because I never saw the point of Graveler having four arms just to end up with two again, but it least it has feet anyway. Also somehow can learn Throat Chop...while Golem can use Flamethrower or Fire Blast, what in the actual hell am I seeing here after just looking this up at the moment of writing this....😐

Kanto: sure just make sure we don’t get caught
Also Ponyta/Rapidash and Blitzle/Zebstrika I wouldn’t compare at all with one being a pony/unicorn thing and one being a zebra
