This guy reached the debuff limit.
He took the debuff negate perk
Once you go long enough without showering, you just don't have a smell outside some kinda activity that makes you sweat a lot.
The I’m I’m 😅

Yeah but he doesn't have the cancer debuff like you guys and your family XD
Mainstrea media stay true to their core by saying the man "QUITS SHOWERING" even though he actually still takes showers, but stopped using shampoo, conditioner and body soaps.
i started doin this 3 years ago and its made a huge difference. hair and skin is 1000x healthier and im so much less reliant on odor blockers now
I've stopped using deodorants. I do use soap during my showers which are probably every few days, or soap under my armpits on a non-shower day, but I have to wash off as much soap residue as possible, because I've recently become allergic to soap under my armpits, resulting in painful red weals there if any residue is left. The benefits I've found from balding is that you can save money on haircuts by just shaving your head like mowing a lawn with a pair of clippers and then you don't need shampoo and conditioner either.
@@whenpigsfly8178yeah, ditching the metal guy hairstyle because of balding made my life so much easier - the only bad thing about no/very short hair I can think of is that when I'm working out sweat tends to run into my eyes way earlier
@@ranndomundead9112I once did 2 months without shampooing my hair, but I have longer hair and it was so thick I couldn't pull my hair appart. But what I liked is how it wasn't itchy at all. Although now I just shampoo once a week. And my hair is usually the best after 3 to 4 days. I wonder If I could use something for my hair so it isnt to greasy.
@@Dommifax
Really? Thats a surprise for me, I would think that the longer your hair is, the closer it gets to your face etc
Obviously, being completely bald works completely opposite with same effect (only eyebrows are capable of stopping sweat), but yeah, I would never think metal-like long hair make it better in that matter

I shower every day. Every other day with soaps. Main reason I shower is because I *hate* feeling sweaty. In winter months it’s not as much an issue, but during the summer it’s utterly impossible not to bathe on a regular basis.
yhats why u end up sweating more. ur body can't balance itself.

Azmons honesty is the best. I was a lite version of him when I was a teenager and hearing him talk so freely with no shame honestly puts a smile on my face. At the end of the video I was just cracking up
My skin was always itchy, so I stopped using soaps and shampoos many years ago. After two weeks or so it evened out and I had no more itchiness and acne. I went cold turkey, but other than having to shower a bit more those first few days, it's not as bad as they make it out to be.
Use natural soaps?????? Cold showers are better for the skin
I switched to organic soaps. My clothes use the same stuff. Detergents are brutal. It rips the moisture and fat out of your skin, leaving denatured proteins and rashes. It's just bad.

Good luck if you live in a humid hot place near the ecuator.
As someone who served in the military and lived off of a tank for about 6 month in Iraq, there is a lot of truth to what the guy says. At first not showering did lead to a smelly tank full of grown men but over time the smell goes away because the body adapts and combined with deodorant the smell goes away. It shocked a lot of people when we came back to the base that we didn’t smell like the living dead, the only shower we had was dumping a gallon water bottle over our body and letting the sun dry us off.
The sun did the work, sun kills TONS on bacteria. Also your kinda in a steralized environment with how hot and dry it is.
…you got used to the stench. if you live in a house with cats, you’re going to get used to the smell of shitty cat litter and “lose” your sense of smell for it.
@@agentsbigassforehead You did not read his comment. He stated that the people from his base when they got back was surprised they did not smell like the living dead.
@@agentsbigassforehead Nope. You dont "lose the smell", its because it blends into your furniture and surroundings so your brain will eventually ignore it if you don't regularly clean their wastebin. Your body actually removes that odor because the human body is made with many different self def enzymes, its one of the many things that separates us from actual animals that have to clean themselves. Thats why more eastern asian people dont smell when they sweat, they naturally have this due to their moist/hot climates

I stopped using shampoo and conditioner about a year ago and startet using only soap. In first few months i used conditioner a couple of times because i got oily hair after a few weeks, but later that just stopped being an issue. I still use soap for my hair since i sweat a lot but i think just water would be fine as well.

I can confirm that if you just rinse, nothing gonna happen to you. But if you don't do it at least once weekly , that's where skin problems begins (no water at all for weeks or months).
I fucking love this video. This is all a giant conspiracy funded by Asmongold's riches.
Asmongold calling out big shampoo. Calling out the scam.
man hasn't showered in 5 years and he's watching a guy talk about his book
Saying three to four weeks isnt long only applies to people who work from home and don't go out
The longest i've gone without showering was roughly about a year.
i just rinsed whenever i had physical activity.
And according to people around me i didn't stink.
And believe me my mom would've told me if i had smelled like shit. She has no filter when it comes to hygiene.
A hot shower before and or after a long day of work though? It’s so therapeutic! I wear deodorant that I like that IIIII THINK smells nice because it changes my mood when I get to enjoy nice smells lol
I figured out about a year ago that my anti dandruff shampoo was giving me dandruff (lathered half my head for a few months and by the end the shampoo side was so much worse..right down to it creeping down my forehead where id accadentally wiped some foam)
lol I don't doubt it. I know antiperspirant is a scam. In order to stop the sweat it leaves a waxy residue behind. If you shower then put on deodorant you will indeed smell good for about 16 hours.. However, if, one day, you shower, then forget the deodorant you will smell worse than any human should about 1 hour into work/school and it will be a nightmare scenario. This happens because bacteria get stuck in the waxy layer and you can't really wash them away. The moment you give them some food (sweat, grime, ect) the bacteria bloom and consume, and excrete immediately.
I quit conventional deodorant a few years back. Now, I spray isopropyl alcohol on my pits every few days, and smell great (neutral)
16:08 that last sentence though 😂😂😂

I do and im fine
not using chemicals doesn't mean you dont shower...
100 years ago shampoo didnt exist and ppl made their own hygiene products, same with makeup and toothpaste.
Also not using shampoo doesn't mean you dont put natural shampoo on your head,I haven't used regular shampoo for 5 years,i use natural castile liquid soap which works better than shampoo because your hair doesn't get as greasy/doesn't dry out your scalp but it cleans out dirt very well, same with skin, before I had to wash my hair every time and I had skin rashes/dry skin, because i no longer use harsh chemicals my skin doesnt grease up=i dont need to wash my hair every day=my hair is healthy and smells better because it isn't oily, the reason your skin smells bad/you sweat is because of your diet and chemicals you put on your skin, for instance deodorant causes bacteria to grow(also causes breast cancer) which what causes bad smell,i use salicylic acid every morning and my sweat literally has no smell because theres no bacteria to cause it,it's just sweat without any smell, deodorant just plugs your pores and creates the environment for bacteria,it's nasty how you can smell someones sweat even more with deodorant,it smells sweet like rotten fruit,I hate deodorants for that reason, every time i use it i just want to wash my pits with soap, idk how people can handle smelling themselves like rotten food all day long,it's like pooping, not wiping and spraying perfume up your ass.Just wash your ass you nasty mf,same with armpits, buy a bottle of salicylic acid and rub your pits every morning=no smell.
I think old fashioned soap (not perfumed ones) get the job done

Usually just shower with water and rarely use deodorant, i use shampoo when i get dirt in the hair that dont want to just rinse out with water. Ive gotten compliments several times about how i smell during intimate hugging. But everybody has their own smell, some people just smell bad and need to use body wash everyday.
he just can't resist the idea of stopping the video every 2 seconds just to read us a paragraph from his mind that mainly consist of "i think, like,...etc"
This is so true. I gave up using shampoo for my hair like 2 years ago so far. Before that my hair looked so bad every morning that I just had to wash them (even when I was showering before going to bed) before going out. This also caused a lot of insecurities when going out for sleepovers to someone as I knew my hair will look disgusting and oily in the morning. Now - when I'm showering I'm just using water on my hair and I can go even without that for a few days while having my hair still looks good.
All of those chemicals we're putting on our bodies just mess out with its natural microenvironment and making us 'addicted' to use them to feel clean
Yes, the hair and skin can almost completely take care of it itself. It needs some natural influences here and there, but then it just can work without interfering too much. It has shown me how much mainstream nonsense is out there and people believe all this without questioning, just to be a part of the community / society.
Indian recipe for bath still used today specially by old skool Indian ladies. For Body wash:-
Old fuller's earth + Sandwal wood & Besan (chickpeas flour) paste apply leave it for 10 mins and then rinse with normal or cold water not warm or hot.
For Scalp Hair:
Amla( Indian Gooseberry), Shikakai & reetha pods (8 hrs preparation time overnight, search net on how to prepare) mixture every 3rd day.
This is how Ancient Indians used for bathing process. Sadly in cities they use it only the time when Wedding is near for groom and bride lol.
As someone with an allergy to soap, it's something I've been doing for about 15 years. Rinsing in water is all your body needs.
Now I do use shampoo on occasion, due to the whole "wanting to smell nice rather than having no scent" part of it, so its all about finding what you like.
Nobody has to change their lifestyle. Just do what feels right and doesn't burden others.
I have been eating one meal a day at around 1:00pm. Fasting they call it. I heard a doctor say that you don't need 3 meals a day because your body can't digest that amount of food properly. He also said it would help you physically feel better with more energy and that your body will start to heal itself. Well I have been doing this for 8 weeks, my Rosacea is almost completely gone, I have lost a total of 30lbs (which I really needed), I feel great with lots of energy and I am 60 years old. I wish I knew this 40 years ago. Seeing this makes since and I think I will start easing off products and give it try. You never know until you actually try something to see if it works.

You have to wean yourself off of the shampoo. Your scalp is going nuts producing as much oil as possible to counteract the shampoo constantly stripping it out. It’s not going to just instantly 180 and stop producing so much.
And, as I write this, he says that exact thing in the video. Did you actually watch it?
essentially its not that he doesnt shower, he just doesnt use the soaps which get rid of beneficial oils and such on your hair and skin
think many people have bad diet, questionable body routines. Also taking all this shitty non-natural substances into our body can damage it long term. We are unfortunately not really taught, what really is healthy and what not.

Kind of triggering when people talk about their clean skin and they say "I have clean skin because of this and that...", no you probably don't, you simply have good genetics (of course you can make it worse with too much chemicals etc.). I do plenty of workout, eat healthy, drink healthy, sleep healthy amounts, little sugar... and my skin isn't clean, all genetics.
Agreed. Someone has severe acne "oh wash your face, oh eat this, oh use this cleanse product". Someone is balding "oh do you take vitamins? Do you use essential oils". Genetics have such a heavy influence and so many people forget that.
do blood test they tell you if something wrong or not, I also had bad skin and thought it was gene but it came out I consumed too much Omega 6 compared to 3 after I fixed that it became better
wear linen or wool you can wear them for days without washing and not smelling as they have there own antibactial action in the material similar to bamboo fibres that reduces body odour.
I haven't taken a bath in like 20 years, where's my news segment!
do you realize that our nose goes numb to our own stank so we don't go mad? It's the same reason why you can't smell your own home: Your sense of smell is quick to adapt and slow to reset.....take a shower god dammit and use deodorant....

If you do have stinky pits that is not your sweat creating that body odor, its bacteria reacting to the sweat. A 30 second scrub with some baking soda on your fingertips will kill it off. I did it 2 months ago, still no smell and I doubt the bacteria will be back for many months tbh.

Dermatologist here. It’s actually far more damaging to shower often. 2-3 days per week is the most frequent I would recommend. You’re actually much more likely to smell bad because you shower too often which will disturb your skins delicate skin barrier and wash away the beneficial microbes that live on your skin. Its not just a cosmetic concern either, showering too often will also make you more susceptible to infections.

You can be a dermatologist all you want but I sweat when I work and I go running and biking and it's absolutely disgusting not to shower after sweating like a pig. All your clothes and bedsheets will be disgusting too.

What kind of medical professional gives generic advice like this, knowing it won't apply to a large chunk of the people reading it? What about people that do manual labor and sweat a lot? What about people who work in dirty environments? Hell, what about people who just like to work out? Should I just walk around smelling like a carcass after doing lawn work for 6 hours, sweating like a stuck pig and covered in dirt and grass?

I found out that it highly depends on your current bacteria situation and especially diet, if you smell bad or do smell at all. I also almost never bath or shower. I only bath for relaxation and for health. But it is not really for hygiene primarily. In the past I had different foods I took and because of that I probably smelled a lot. But now it is not recognizable for me anymore. Sure other still might notice a smell from me. But even if I smell directly my socks, armpits and so on after workouts and what not it does not stink. I wish there would be more people who would do the more natural approach and give up on all this chemical nonsense of the hygiene industry.

Animals can do bathing rituals and what not but they might not smell like parfume or like nothing. Still they are healthy and totally fine. You do not need all this artifical stuff humans invented. Smell can be a wonderful thing, but still modern society denies it, which is sad.
He has immaculate skin largely because of genetics. A lot of acne prone skin is genetic and outbreaks of acne is out of the sufferers control. The spread of misinformation when it comes to acne is so damaging, you're either dirty or you wash too much.
@@Navi_xooacne is not purely genetic. There is genetic and non genetic acne

I want to make it clear that I'm not an avid follower of Asmon, but I have to agree with him on the topic of showering. Personal experience has given me a unique perspective on this matter. I underwent surgery for stage 3 colon cancer, resulting in an ileostomy bag. Consequently, I only shower once a week during bag changes to avoid irritating the skin or interfering with the bag adhesive. While I refrain from using soaps or dyes, I do apply deodorant and shower if I feel the need. Remarkably, despite these practices, I've received no complaints from my girlfriend, who showers daily. So, considering the state of my skin and hair, I have to admit that Asmon's viewpoint prevails - he's got the win on this one.
Asmon maxed out his odor resistance stats.
Asmon is the living embodiment of a cave goblin creature. I have no issues with his personal hygiene or lifestyle. We're good as long as he's not within a hundred feet of me. 😆
Funnily enough, I get the feeling people would say the same about you. Crazy how that works
He definitely would smell like crap…good to watch for everything but lifestyle advice
The argument that no skin care routine will keep your skin looking great and that women who have a skincare routine have bad skin is the biggest cope by lazy men. I can tell you that women with great skin have a great skincare routine behind it and I’ve seen it first hand many many times. To me its usually obvious that a man doesn’t take care of his skin and a lot of men have super dry skin. You don’t have to do much but moisturizing your skin is definitely going to help most people.
If it works then why do they throw on 20 pounds of makeup everyday?
The idea that spending hundreds to thousands of dollars a year on skin care products makes any difference is the biggest cope by women trying to justify their purchases. Stay out of the sun and don't smoke and you're automatically ahead of ninety percent of girls pissing their money away on useless crap.
It's starts in puberty, the cleansers and exfoliation. At first it's for acne, then it's to remove the make up. Then it's to cover up their pores. It's all acidic and changes your skin pH and flora. They strip their skin of natural oils then reapply Vitamin C, retinoic acid and parabens, all stuff the body does for free!! They get stuck in a vicious cycle of make up and cleansers. If you're white the only thing you should put on your face for longevity is Sunscreen. The three cross cultural interventions that slows skin aging to a crawl is sunlight (blacks don't need to worry about this), Diet and lack of stress. You know why there are 5000 different skin care products? It's because non of them work. Collagen is your skins foundation, like a house; it CANNOT BE REPAIRED. It's sags with poor diet, smoking, stress, aging and physical trauma). No product on the market can repair this. (Unless you go under the knife for a face lift)
I work in a dermatology clinic and one of the Nurses there is a vegetarian and runs to a from work. 7 miles a day. Super active. She's 32 with the face of a 21 year old. No make up. Check her ID before letting her into the club. That's the dedication it takes to have great skin. It's not peels and Botox and cleaners and retinoic Acid. Those products fly off our shelves like hot cakes......and guess what, all our customers come back every 3 months for a top up. Because it doesn't last. It's a scam. And most women(actually people)are too lazy and vain to commit to a cleaner lifestyle. But it's paying off my med school loans so I'm not complaining 😂😂.
@@jbrown7063 If a woman is wearing a lot of makeup, you obviously wouldn't be able to tell what their skin is like lol.
It's almost as if there can be multiple reasons for something to exist. You'd have to be pretty dense to think mascara is for bad skin.
@@jbrown7063 Because they think it looks good? Those two aren't even related, like you can't wear makeup if you have good skin.
He doesn't shower anymore.
He takes baths now.
I dont use any perfume and Ive never had had a problem but I can understand ppl who do use it, because we all know someone who just smells really bad if they dont shower often.
Sweet now I can finally come out and finally tell people I barely shower!
However it's mostly out of laziness.
So brave and powerful!
You waste so much time by doing it, it is ridiculous. You could have played so many more amazing video games. Just imagine.
