Tacoma Neighborhood Walk to the Forest Park by the Freeway - Relaxing Music & Nature Dog Walk

Starting from Rogers Park in Tacoma Washington, which is an off-leash dog park, we head through the neighborhood to McKinley Park. The park is located right next to Interstate 5 and the Tacoma Dome, it contains many nice trails, ponds, and grass fields for people and dogs alike to walk and explore!

YIPEE!! RUBY!! You’re such an inspiration and joy to watch!! Thank you for sharing her and your amazing walks!! That a magnificent trail like this exists within a block of an interstate is amazing and a compliment to your parks and trails department. Or is this a privately maintained trail?
I don’t know how you manage to match the music with her pace but so glad you do-an excellent job!! The music is “walkin’ music”, like ‘drivin music’ this music makes me want to walk, even dance, or shag along trails.

Thank you! Yeah it’s a nice park to walk kinda hidden in plain sight right next to the freeway that not many people go to. We used to walk here a couple years ago and we revisited it a few weeks back and decided it was worth a video. It’s owned and maintained by the city of Tacoma.
I do take time to try to find the right music for her pace and the scenery, thanks for noticing!
