Join me for some panoramic scenic mountain views, relaxing nature walks next through peaceful forest trails, and also explore the nooks and crannies of the big city of Seattle and its surrounding cities and suburbs. Here in the picturesque Pacific Northwest of the United States!

Walking to the Chinese Garden & South Seattle Arboretum - Relaxing Music & Nature Dog Walk
We start our walk today from Riverview Playfield in South Seattle, Washington. We take the secret trail to the back of South Seattle College and walk the backside of the campus to the Chinese Garden and the Arboretum. We return to our starting point by taking a peaceful stroll through the quiet neighborhood back to the park.

lol😆Actually I remember that moment. She was sniffing a dead mole or mouse and she was getting really close so I gave her a little tug and I think she got startled and also maybe it smelled weird too. But yeah I can recall that exact moment.
I can't walk my pit bull mix more than 20 minutes he gets so tired, Ruby's stamina is amazing ❤

Have you ever been out on a hike with Ruby and got caught in a downpour or thunderstorm ? Back when I was able to drive this happened a few times and it was always such a crazy adventure.
Yes that’s happened a few times, I can remember a few specific examples. We’ve also have misjudged the sunset time a few times in the forest where it was our first time and had to find our way out hoping my phone light wouldn’t die. Not to mention a couple times when we knew the way out but it got pitch black in the woods as we were jogging back to try to beat the darkness. Even a couple times that my car got locked in a parking lot and we had to find a way to drive on the sidewalk and grass to get out. 🤣Fun adventures! 👍🧡🐕

I couldn't help but think of Jack Ruby when seeing Ruby because of politics going on today and RFK actually endorsing Trump. These are opposites coming together for some reason in this election year. My GS and I both love watching Ruby’s walks. My first GS was smaller and a lot like Ruby in temperament, obedience and curiosity. We’d hike and bike all over central PA exploring towns, parks and college campuses just like you and Ruby. I was a younger man then. Those times with Gorgar were the best years of my life! Very nostalgic watching you two.

She was with me for almost 20 years, when she was 13 I got puppy Ruby so they spent almost 7 years together. These are just the tip of the iceberg of the places we used to explore.
