The best one I heard was someone misinterpreting the "open door policy". The customer thought the doors have to be unlocked at all times 😂. I was in the bathroom and that rule don't exist 😂
It’s not meant to be literal. It’s basically just trying to keep them happy, or keep them from creating conflict. It’s about keeping has many people coming and spending money as you can, and keep unhappy people from giving your company a bad name. But people have a high opinion of themselves these days, and feel they deserve free stuff just in general.
So impressive this guy managed to get infected with a bacteria in a way it usually doesn’t infect, diagnose himself with this disease, not be hospitalized, and be able to drive back to get a refund all within a day or so, amazing

As someone who worked as a manager at Little Ceasers, this is scratching the surface of just how awful people can be. Had a guy threaten to shoot me and my coworkers because his pizza was 7 minutes late. $7 pizzas are apparently enough to risk yourself going to jail over.

A sad truth about food service, people trying to pull scams pretty often. Thankfully I work in a place where food is made in front of you, so it's harder to try and scam us for refunds.

As a food worker, I have the luxury of working for a really cool and understanding dude so I accommodate polite customers wayy more than rude ones. It’s either be polite and I’ll make your food fresh exactly how you asked or be rude and I’ll tell you we’re out of it or can’t change it for some made up reason.

I've had meningitis. It's unimaginably painful and you would not be able to drive. And you can't get it from food.
My aunt got that Meningitis four month after we just buried our grandfather. She got it because she forgot to take some medication and the infection spread to her brain making her have small strokes. The doctors almost had to cut a hole her throat so she can be able to breathe. But luckily she was able to breathe on her own and was sent back home a week later.

You can’t order the wrong pizza by eating half of it and quickly demand an refund sorry it doesn’t work that way what you normally do if it is the wrong order don’t eat it and quickly phone up the restaurant to send you out the correct order and when the driver comes hand it back over .

2) pull out their phone and try to act like a victim after making another employee or the manager go through a bad time

Duude I work at retail and gotten a call about how this church was making baskets for people and giving papyrus cards which are about 10$ here and all the other stuff was like 15$ or more all together since it's like snacks and body odorstuff. (Yeah harmons amazing pricing.) But then later came back to give all those pap cards and other things which came around 462$
