- Pixar’s Turning Red is 2 years ago and don’t forget it’s a metaphor about girls dealing with puberty. So a quick flashback, when Mei woke up from a nightmare, the hormones in her body started to change drastically. And that triggered her strong emotions which led her turning into a red panda. And you know what? The red color is actually a metaphor for Mei’s period! Ew! I know it’s gross but Pixar is genius for hiding it so well. And now, we know that Turning Red itself basically means turning into a young woman. And by the way, teenager Riley from Inside Out 2 happens to be a fan of… 4-Town?! I think this is a cool crossover between Inside Out and Turning Red. Imagine Pixar made Riley and Mei in one screen, it would be amazing and that would definitely bring back the hype for 4-Town as well. Fingers crossed!

1. Do you wish to see a 4-Town comeback in Inside Out 2?
2. Are periods actually gross?
1. Yes!
2. No!
One. Maybe
Two. Ehhh...
1. No
2. Wtf no
Almost forgot Turning Red existed
Periods aren't gross... People who think periods are gross are gross...
Periods are gross... Boners are gross... nearly every bodily function is gross😭
I feel Turning Red is more offensive to girls going through normal bodily hormonal changes. They basically equated girls going through puberty to big red uncontrollable monstrosities.
1st time, you get grossed.
2nd time and so on, you get used to it. Yes? No?
@@LittleChapyep, person w/ a period here, can confirm,I was grossed out when I first got it,but eventually got used to it lolz !
@@LittleChapno1st time you're freaked out not grossed
Periods aren't gross, they're literally nature. Grow up
crazy how a bunch of women with periods had to fight off a woman with a massive period
WOW that's awesome
Miriam: Expelled?
Riley: Yeah, we really messed up.
Abby: So… you’re leaving?
Mei: Yeah, we have to go.
Priya: Harsh, Man.
Riley: I’m sorry, guys. You be in the program right now if it wasn’t for us.
(Miriam, Priya, Abby and Tyler smile)
Mei: What?
Miriam: Well, it is the gosh darned thing!
Tyler: Imelda’s letting us into the program.
Riley: What?
Tyler: She was impressed with our performance in the games.
Abby: She invited us to join next semester!
Mei: Congratulations, guys!
We need a guy puberty one now it would be kind of basic but it would be fun
Ok?
They didn't hide it well or at all. I think the turning red was really gross. Even for girls. It was just embarrassing to watch
They weren’t trying to hide it, frankly, the movie *should* be kinda cringy and embarrassing, cause that’s how it feels to be that age range, if you don’t understand that, then maybe you should just practice your media literacy skills more. Not even saying you have to like the movie, just understand that it was made with an intention in mind and move on.
Dude get a grip
Imagine being embarrassed by an animated red panda... That's pretty weird, dude...
@@aphroditemercury937 im a girl. A teenage girl.
@@mythhooked6082 it's just not the way that teeagers want to talk about periods. The movie was strange and it was just embarrassing to see the way the main character acts.
garbage movie 😂
Of course you'd think that, you hate any movie that isn't in black and white
@@zomzomino im 16. its a trash movie accept it and move on with your pathetic life
They didn’t hide that. It was obvious the metaphor, and it’s unnecessarily gross for a kids movie. Disgusting movie. 0/100
Lmao grow up. Your mom had to bleed every month til you were born and then after, it's just nature
