  • The Shady Business of Trafficking Desperate Refugees | Lethal Cargo | ENDEVR Documentary from 2016
    Episode 1: Migrants
A gripping and first-person account of the odyssey of migrants and refugees being ruthlessly exploited and trafficked across the Mediterranean Sea.
    Watch the full series here:
Episode 2 - Toxic Waste: • How Toxic Waste Is Dum...
Episode 3 - Weapons: • The Harsh Truth About ...
Episode 4 - Drugs: • Why Europe is Flooded ...
The Mediterranean Sea is crisscrossed by traffics of every kind, some legal, others lethal. Over the last five years, we have been putting together the pieces of a tragic and terrifying story of the merchants of death. Lethal Cargo covers the escape of refugees from war regions in leaky boats, the spilling of toxic waste into the depths of the ocean during goods transportation and in our two most recent episodes, the illegal handling of drugs and weapon across the Mediterranean. Shockingly, the governments that should be trying to stem the tide of this illegal trades are the very ones involved in a tangled web of corruption!

You can have all the resources you want, but if you have a lazy and dishonest population in africa and a European government willing to pay them to lounge around in subsidized housing while claiming to be refugees, then you will end of with criminals in Europe and an empty Africa. These guys are not going to Europe to be "refugees". They are going to Europe to live in the lap of luxury and nothing more.

So, an important question: How many immigrants can Europe absorb? Most people understand there IS a limit, Europe is not a limiless space and doesn´t have limitless resources. These immigrants become very costly to European countries, they have neither the educuation nor the job experience required in our economies and societies. I´m not against immigration, but it must be very limited due to the negative effects in the long run, if we have masses of people stuck at the "bottom" with very different values and cultures compared to European cultures. It needs to stop.

Poor people. For Europe it's not the individuals, it's the volume that gives the resistance. And the fear that if you welcome them too easily, even more will follow. It's a harsh realization, even now in my country the migrant camps are full, tents are being set up, and people are forced to sleep on chairs. You might say: build more camps, but what is a reasonable number of people a society can absorb every year? And I'm not even going into the housing crisis we're in now that stops the flow of people, we must focus on helping people where they are otherwise I'm afraid the resistance will only grow and with it the suffering. That said, I must admit that I truly respect people who go on endeavors like this and risk their life for a better one, it says a lot about their situation at home and about their character. Peace.

I mean four of the people interviewed stated that they, or their children, are going to play football once they're in their country of choice. Like that's it? Football? That's your grand plan to make it in a country thousands of miles away, in which you do not speak the language or have a single cent? Just take 'free' money from the government and play football? There are no doubt very dangerøus and víolent places, some people that líve in those very same places say most everyone is like that (even the pølíce) in those countríes. While there are good people in every cøuntry, you have to be careful who you let in. @@m.e4752 You just answered your question, if you believe women can be refugees too.
But you need to understand a bit of African or Arab sociology. Men are seen as breadwinners and women are meant to stay at home and raise babies. Europeans did the same even till the 90s. Women studying nonsense degrees and earning 1,500€ just for looking pretty in the office is a relatively modern invention. So if someone is told to go out and make money in that traditional/3rd world society, it would be young men. Older men, for obvious reasons, aren't able-bodied enough to cross the desert into Libya and then cross another dangerous journey in the Mediterranean.
They also don't live a western life where you're expected to work 40 years and retire at 63. Do you think they have government provided nursing homes in Nouakchott or Mogadishu? I don't blame them for coming here.
In 3rd world countries they mostly "retire" in their 50s because of worse living standards or bad nutrition in their lives which affects their physical ability in later life, and they have to rely on kids to provide for them since a lot of countries don't provide pension plans. That's why you see economic refugees coming here to work and send money home. But if they're milking welfare then that's only our fault, we have a system that babies everyone.
There, hope you learned something new. The level of ignorance among european kids is atrocious.

It's best we learn better communication and learn to ask each other for help. Instead of waiting until things get to the point that people have to run away from their home to find food because at that point the problem is going to show up at your doorstep anyways and it's so massive that it's difficult to solve

There are no doubt very dangerøus and víolent places, some people that líve in those very same places say most everyone is like that (even the pølíce) in those countríes. While there are good people in every cøuntry, you have to be careful who you let in. If you don’t do a good ob vettìng people, you will also let in the very same dangerøus people (and conditions) others are trying to get away from.
Unfortunately, many countries (especially in Europe) are doing a poor job vettíng people. Apparently not understanding that letting in everyone (including the dangerøus people) will forever change their country (making it also much more dangerøus). If they don’t change things, do a better job vetting and also kíck out dangerøus people, all that will do is make the new home a dangerøus place just like the old home cøuntry.

      It’s not that you shouldn’t-accept ímmigrants, you-should, it’s you-should know who you are letting-in. Vet-people and kick-out víolent-dangerøus-peøple.
      Not-everyone is just a níce-person looking-to-work. There-are some-very dangerøus-places in-the-wørld, moving everyone (including the-víølent dangerøus-peøple) isn’t- a-solution. I watched-a video of an àttack-against a BłackAmerícam-famíly in-Afríca (from-BłackAfrícans) and-everyone in the comment-section said that’s-just the-way it is-there, it’s dangerøus, everyone-is like that-there (those comments-were from BłackAfrícans and other BłackPeøple). So the poínt-remains víolent-cultureś don’t change-by changing-just their-location (all that-does is spread-out the-víolence to the-new locatíon).
      Críme-has dramatícally-íncreased in-Italy, and it’s due-to the new-resídents. Look up-BłackAxe and also-what happened in-Norway (the-ràpes in-Norway). According-to an article/from a news-outlet (Remix-News) that/posted this last-January, 80% of all críme-in-Italy is from-people just like all the-people you-are-seeing in these-vídeos. Also 1/3 of the people-locked-up in-Jaíl are-ímmigrants. Sure-there-are good-people too but Eurøpeans are doing a terrible-job-vettíng who-they let-in and let-stay. Like I said the solution-isn’t relocating-every single-person from a dangerøus-place to-you. If you don’t want to go somewhere-because it isn’t safe, what-makes-anyone think-bringing all-of-them to you is a good-idea?
