That's funny you say that. When my brother and I were boys we found 2 rabbits, must've been pets. Brought them to my grandparents house and after a while we washed up for dinner...later we found out my grandpa butchered the rabbits, rolled them in flour and the rest is history...we laughed with grandpa about it years later...

One of my favorite dishes, rabbit! Grew up eating rabbit, raccoon, squirrel, etc.. Generally, we usually fried squirrel and rabbit, but we'll also have, on occasion, rabbit or squirrel stew. Wow, were those good! Next time I have rabbit, will try your recipe for sure.

In Japan eat raw squids, poison fish, in Italy (Europe) long time ago there was recipes for preparing cats and dogs but not now thank god... In past people was poor and hungry and force to eat something to survive especially during the wars and economy depression.. So I can understand need to survival. Today stil exists people in countries on this planet living on the streets hungry and sick but they are dependent on someone's help otherwise dying... Someone care but most off us don't. Those who still eating disgusting animals have just that choice to survive I don't judge.. But in Japan that is part of their culture.. and it is trendy to eat sushi(raw fish with rice and sea grass) and bloody steak in England, America... Think about it!

Абалдеть, где ты таких кролей видел, чистым весом 3-4 кг. У нас дома максимум 2.5, и то редко. А обычно 1.5-2кг. Мех в СССР был нужным, сейчас безсмысленно заниматься ним.

I can see why you boiled the rabbit first and then cooked it in the rich sauce. Its because rabbit can dry up so boiling first is the best way. I will use this technique when we go hunting for rabbits. Thanks for sharing.
Partly but wild rabbit has specific smell.. that's why.. to get rid of wilderness.. Tomatoes, onions and oil with meat will leave fluids but its necessary add a little bit water or stock and checking from time to time to not all burn untill is good cooked🍀🤗💕

I did a hunt and cook (jackrabbit) on Facebook and was reported. A couple people accused me of cooking a cat due to a tik tok prank from someone I do not know 😂 A couple of vegans came at me. Although I do live in a town and other family live in cities. Unlike ‘some’ uneducated Americans, when we come home, we know how to hunt on our reservations; The land they are given or to some, forced to live on. Because of your cooking, I’ll have another recipe to cook for my grandparents. 😇❤️
Some people are such idiots. Keep making videos. I live in Indiana and rabbit season just came in although I hunt them with snow on the ground. Easier to see sign and most insects and parasites die off. I don't have dogs so I do it the old way. I went to your channel and no vids . I don't make them either. Yet anyway. I do leather work and am a metal fabricator so I been asked by some to do some on my holsters,wallets and other things. Don't let them discourage you.
