I took the online one year program and I continue to practice because I experience the benefit. I am more aware and continue to become more aware of myself as a person and I continue to practice. I am healthier physically, mentally and spirtually and I continue to evolve through practice. thank you Shaolin Temple Europe, my life contines to evolve. I am a 76 yr. old Canadian woman!

I've really appreciated the free content . Qi Gong has helped transform my my mental state after having cancer.
I didn't appreciate finding out that we have been led to believe Shi Heng Yi is a monk and a Shaolin master. He is not.
I'm taking from this here. Albeit a bitter, sweet one.
As a chinese, I have to say:shi heng yi is totally qualified to be a master. Kung-Fu Culture and Buddha is around our daily life. But personally I never had any interest to know more. The philosophy Shi heng yi express in German and English is not new to me, I receive this information from movie, surroundings time to time. But shi heng yi explain all this philosophy in a detailed and concrete way. In addition, nowadays, the Abbo of Shao Lin is criticized by public, as no one really get any wisdom from him, as he is behaving like a CEO, and run Shao Lin as a big company. Thanks to Shi heng yi, he is the one got the Shao Lin sprit and applies it daily. Also, he is a great presenter, like all the great masters. If he can speak Chinese, I do believe many Chinese would prefer him than other Shaolin master in China
