I'm a regular listener and honestly I could have listened to another 2hrs on top,just an inspirational guy with a high level of wisdom and understanding to everything,calming n everything made sense with his explanations,I wish I was that in tune
Let's stop blaming the system, parents etc...and take accountability for OURSELVES...this wonderful Master needs to be listened to, and as he says look around and study other cultures as we are all the same. Its not all about taking but GIVING too. These are my humble thoughts and follow this great Master.🙏💛🎉💛🙏

I've followed Shi Heng Yi now for 2yrs and do his Qigong routines on You tube ..I have never felt so healthy and fit ..he is amazing you must watch the rest of his stuff.

I have seen many interviews with Master Shi Heng Yi, and all of them have always been enriching and very pleasant, but this one has been special, because of the questions and James' way of asking. At some moments I have seemed to see parts of the master of himself that go beyond the teachings themselves and I liked it. Thanks to both. Love

I have such admiration for shaolin monks. Their mental strength, wisdom and focus is beyond belief. Amazing humans, such a brilliant guest James. Young ones could learn so much from this guy more than the education system could ever do ! i love watching them fight. Imagine if kids looked up to those guys as role models ... the world would be such a better place.

My one way to feel good enough was through caring for animals but some mistakes i made from others perspective made me feel i still wasnt good enough. I am actually happy with not having much monetary wise as i live countryside with amazing views and nature. I am kind to other peoples with out expectation. I need to get peace within now.

Spot on you can’t change the outside world. We can of course have morals and attitudes towards our behaviour in the world and we can try to behave with integrity, but as the wise master says we can only change our attitudes to the stimuli
This would have to be up there as my favourite podcast ever, after watching this feel like I have a renewed sense of where my future needs to be 👍💎🎤💚

I agree with school systems separating based on their academics. I was terrible at school and it’s always in my mind today at 49 not being enough or smart enough.
It baffles me that this type of conversion gets the least views and comments.
