- Bobcat L28 mini loader flips on its side where it laid for 12 hours. We flip it over and check for engine oil on top of pistons which can hydro lock and damage an engine if not properly repaired.

Dude I love your videos. I own a concrete construction company and have 6 bobcat skid loaders. Oldest is a 95 up to only a couple years old. I love to work on them and fix most stuff myself. I really appreciate the time, trial and error, and money you have helped me save keeping these things running great. Keep up the cool videos!
On that jobsite, I would rather have a tracked machine with a skeleton grapple bucket with heat/ac. Then you can fix the grade when necessary and clear the logs / sticks. I think that articulating loader is better suited for a golf course where you are worried about tearing up the turf.
Merry Christmas, belated, of course. Nice to see you back out in the field again!!! Good day setting that machine back on its wheels. Thx for sharing!!! Till next one.
Your work is great as always. Greetings from Germany and all the best for the new year.
Glad to see you're still with Bobcat, and still making videos! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, stay safe!
on the real note though, u r lucky to have a camera man like that, dont take it for granted, from 1 youtuber to another
It's rare I ever have one but he is definitely better than I am
Damn first one? Pretty fun listening to the boy’s comments!
Soon I'll be receiving a call to start training as a heavy equipment repairman for the union. I wouldn't have guessed I'd be taking that path. I'm excited.
Same here I'm about go to school becoming auto diesel and heavy equipment mechanic
Thanks!
I think he’s going to go over again lol
14:36 and to this very day it still remains a complete mystery as to how the machine turned over. 😉
Oh whatever do you mean? 🤣
They laid it on the side see no damage
at least you weren"t hurt this shit happens and you never expect it be careful out there and have fun or something like fun.
Thanks! I have a request for a video. Troubleshooing a power bobtach with known good cylindar and arms are lubed and free. I really like your videos
I hope that you going to be putting more videos on
Lifting those big logs going up on 2 wheels now I see why it tipped over.
Great video again! Don't mean to pry, but what happened with the situation?.....we were all hoping the best for you....
Owned an L23 and the stability was terrible. Was also underpowered. Would take a skid steer or subcompact any day over these machines.
If that operator near the end was the same fellow that rolled that machine, I can see why.
Definitely operator error. He had the grapple curled all the way forward and the boom high. If he curled back and lowered the boom once the log was secured, it would be a lot more stable.
I'm willing to bet that the owner wasn't the operator at the time of the turnover.
Well actually.............
Congratulation for your great videos, I have a business, same as you have a mobile mechanic as you know, we always learning, and I appreciate for your time to make this great videos
Just a quick question how much is your labor rate in the city Where you work? Do you charge after our labor ??and when is the last time you update your labor rate ??
Thank you and God bless you keep up the great work you do
Are you back with Bobcat?
I'm going to assume whoever was operating this equipment had the boom up while traveling hit rut and tipped because there was no center of gravity on the tires
so if oil was on top of the pistons, how do you fix it?
Pull the glow plugs and roll the engine over till the oil comes out
That seems like a sketchy machine for that job.
the kubota engines are tough even gets beat up it doesnt give up thats why there the #1 best engines in the world
Only thing that is sketchy is an operator not operating safely that attachment is heavy, and should not be lifted that high during travel.
@@kylesmith2110 it’s not that heavy
@@jonesfarm6501 it doesn't have to be super heavy, think of it in a forklift aspect the higher you lift the forks the less center of gravity you have and equipment becomes top heavy. That concept applies to all heavy equipment with a boom or over head capability. I've operated Forklifts of all kinds, skidsteers, dozers, excavators, telehandlers, manlifts, scissor lifts, backhoes, articulated front loaders. I have 12 years of operating experience. I can operate anything with a motor. Plus have an OSHA 100 certification. I'm telling you it is heavy. By physics even if that thing only weighs 300 lbs when you lift it above your cab it's like having 1500 lbs on the end of the boom not to mention this guy had the telescopic boom extended losing even more center of gravity.
My boy has that same set. Service truck and loader by Mattel. 😂 jk
I'm surprised with all that large heavy equipment in the background they needed to call someone with a crane to lift up the machine? Don't get me wrong I'm glad they called you. Just thinking of what I would have done in that situation.
I agree, I think what happened is the machine rolled late Saturday afternoon and no one else on site to operate the other equipment (different company) so I went Sunday morning.
Loosen the fitting to the freaking boom cylinder so it drops
It felt as flippy as it’s 463 predecessor. Ventracs stay planted. No cab is needed.
If you bump the key you will know if you need to pull glow plugs
Inexperienced operator
Como consegue tombar no plano😅
That operator didn’t learn his lesson, I can see how he flipped it 🤦♂️
thought that was a kids play toy from the cover
That thing's a dangerous toy.
How come the thumbs of these videos don't read Operator Flips Bobcat, as opposed to sounding as if the machine acted on its own initiative? Start looking at the how and why, and you'll be more likely to prevent future upsets.
Was the operator ok
Yes operator was ok, said it was slow motion.
Riding high with your load keep it low .
come on camera man, dont u watch whistlen diesel. never turn the key after something was on its side
Pretty poor machine for the job. A E35+ with a thumb would have made short work of that and NOT rolled over....
The warranty is void on the bobcat and on the operator
Wrong machine for the job no wonder it played turtle
Avant would of never flipped. Thats why u buy the real thing
Avants flip. Drop a tire into a ground hog hole when you’re turning with 400 lbs swinging way out front and she’ll go
Avant is awesome. I have a 635 and have done a lot with it. I looked at these before I bought the Avant because it’s way cheaper price but…
Just push it back over
5000 lbs, I may look strong but not that strong lol
Those machines look FAR too unstable. Would never buy these regardless of brand. Meant for very flat grounds only I guess.
Certainly not owner operated machine
why would anyone one buy one of these???
First mistake is lack of training how how not to operate equipment. Not even there but first red flag ? Boom all the way up and extended on un even grounds.
sorry but that machine looks garbage, I love my e35
