Where would you point someone to build a scrum career starting from ground zero? I have a non IT family member who is in medical and would like to get into IT as a scrum master but doesn't know where to start.

I am actually in the same position. Have been in the medical field my whole life and am interested in getting into IT. Do you have any tips for this transition? I am already looking at becoming scrum master certified as my first step. Is this rational?

@@erincmalley sure, I've been in the IT field for 25+ years. Send me an email and I'll help you however I can. My email is on my channel in the about tab.

Consistency helps create great result? How?
If one team wants to make changes, its preferable that all teams make those changes?
To me this seem like a one way ticket to slow improvement down. But i may be wrong. What do you think?
Edit: ooooh if you are referring to changes made that effect the other teams then i get why its important.

Thanks for your comment. Yes you’re right. You want to focus on consistency in terms of having events at the same time, doing consistent inspect and adapt (retros), using the same method for your team for pointing so it’s consistent sprint over sprint. If it’s a consistency aspect that will slow your team down then that’s an area your team may consider changing rather than keeping the same. Hope that helps!
