Thank you for this video. I would not have thought I could do it all, being with antibiotic treatment bronchitis. Despite everything, I did everything under a temperature of more than 85 degrees in my house. Lots of nausea but not let go.
I did this workout on my lunch and boy was it good! This is the best workout you all have put out…just my opinion! Challenging, but not over the top crazy stuff! Resistance, cardio and abs all in 30 minutes…sooo good! I looove a good total body workout! They are so efficient and almost always get the heart racing, due to the compound moves! Please do more of these…😁

This was the first time I was actually able to do the floor exercises. I've been watching and working out with you guys for about 3 years now, so this was a nice challenge for myself. It may seem small but I'm very proud of that.

My husband and I used to go to La Mirada Senior Center for their excellent exercise programs but we've moved to Gardena couple of years ago and with the pandemic we barely got to go around the block. U have the best workout program specially modified version. I love this so much. I follow ur workouts for years and loose about 13 kgs. I was over 100 kgs . Thanks a lot for also giving motivation in between session. Pls upload more videos like these.

I always feel so proud of myself when I do an Alex lead workout. She truly work you to the core. Daniel is way easier with lots of rest periods, but they both are fantastic. As Daniel would say, Change Juice 😀🤣😉

I just love this workout video... Shout out to how you can modify same exercise to different size categories... Initially it will be difficult for overweight person to jump and immediately switch to another workout... But this one is perfect... Thanks for considering all category of people....🥰🥰🥰🥰
This video was really a good workout routine but I wish that when you get down on the floor you would stay there for all the floor exercises instead of getting going down and then up for another set of standing exercises. And then getting up a Lot slower. I get dizzy going from down to up throughout It’s hard to do that for the older people too. Thanks!

Thank you for all of the videos that you have put out on CZcams. I have seen all kinds of various workouts that I can use except one type. Is there any chance you can release a lower body focused exercise video that is all standing and equipment optional? When it comes to that area of the body, I cannot find a good video on CZcams and most of your videos are either full body or cardio based, and I was only able to find one upper body focused video from this channel, but no lower body ones. I look forward to next the uploaded video and continuing to use these videos to improve my health.
