Lieutenant Colonel Vindman wears his uniform because he is testifying as to his role in the government as a Lieutenant Colonel and because, unlike Donald Trump, he has proudly served in our military and has EARNED the right to wear the uniform that he wears with pride!

As former military, I will tell you, when a superior starts addressing you as "Mister," he intends to get you dismissed from the military. It is most definitely an insult, and perhaps even a threat, to call a ranking service member "mister" when he is taking official testimony.
Problem is, Nunes is not Vindman's superior. Not even the cows would listen to Nunes, which is why he ran for Congress...
Isn't it also customary to wear dress uniform when giving testimony to Congress in your official capacity as a military member of the government? Yet all the Republicans were claiming he was just pulling the soldier card.

It’s crazy how he focused on the word bribe when the president of Ukraine potentially doesn’t even stand a personal gain, just the potential security for his nation. So it’s not so much a bribe as it is extortion. The president and the nation need that funding.
