@@_B_A I would say Romario was more Underrated probably achieved more, played longer scored more goals than Messi and CR7 and was certainly in the same ability bracket as all these guys but people never talk about Romario. R9 is underrated a little though. I would say Ronaldo is the best Complete Center Forward I have ever seen, and Romario is the greatest out and out finisher I have ever seen.
Having said all this if we are talking peaks, its between R9 and R10 for most crazy greatest peak, Career I would argue Romario has a better career than both Messi and CR7 because he played into his 40's , won world cups, ballon dor winner etc)
Agreed prime R9 was better than Messi or CR7 without a doubt. Maradona maybe best ever though, that guy went into a trash team and dominated a league for 3 years against arguably 1 or 2 of the best teams ever when he joined napoli and won the league competing against best AC Milan team ever. 11:50 the skill moves thing, yes and no. There are 3 things,
1) general ability to beat players, some people have this some dont, which is about timing an d pace and dribbling skill
2) enough skill and a god enough touch that you can pull off fancy "flair" moves
3) the confidence to try it in game situations
I personally have all of this, but I am a natural winger and although I am tall and skinny but use tricks in games, and I am not a pro (although I have played with a lot of semi pro's and I found that level about right for me) so I am a decent player but not pro level..
But there are players who maybe play in defence or are Target man strikers that dont do these things, some maybe even cant, that I would consider better players than me (some by a lot).
What makes Ronaldo so special was he was built like a target man , big strong wide shoulders etc, but had the touch and skill of a skinnier dude (like Ronaldinho) a guy as chunky as Ronaldo is not usually anywhere near that good at skill moves, add to that he had the timing aspect perfected,,,AND in top of that he was one of the fastest players I have ever seen (peak years) top speed and acceleration, he was just like a cheat code all attacking and physical stats 99 type shit, and he did all this against some of the best defenders ever

ronaldinho was fancy as hell, he was amazing., we got sky sports in 2003 just to watch him when he joined barca. edgar davids helped barca to be tough and organised that year, but Ronaldinho turned them around after xmas period.but prime r10 v prime ronaldo nazario isnt even close. i have every brazil world cup game recorded on vhs tape since 1994, and in 2006 i feel ronaldinho didn't take control and lead them asmuch as he should have. r9 and rivaldo especially stood out in wc 2002. r10 was amazing too that year, but 2006 when he was the best, zidane showed r10 to be a great footballer with the ball, but football is also won by players off the ball

No he ain't , he is one of the most exciting players that ever played football but nowhere even near Cristiano or Messi, even before injuries, and btw why you say Pelé and not Eusébio??? And why Maradona? I know why, Maradona is like the commander of a battle that died at the end of it, what did Maradona really accomplish, do the research and it will tell you.....I mean he was an exciting player but he played with rules that would not be seen today, sure the tackles were harder but the partying was also harder if you know what i mean...And I'm no even mentioning tactics back then , was much easier to score, most top teams played with 2 defenders..... See interviews of all the best players in the world (some of them Ronaldinho, Romario, Ronaldo the original, Roberto Carlos and docens more) and then you see . People like Maradona or Messi are unique, they are born with the gift of playing football and to take the sport to another whole level then everybody elses follow.

You play pro league basketball in europe, is that whhat got you into football? bbeing in europe, since i take it even teammates there must have watched football, and the sport is such a big part in european culture that living there id assume youre around it all the time especially as an athlete.
There is a lot of practice in that move, maybe when he was young, so he play that move naturally from.professional, but therd is a lot of practice, that move are not easy at that speed in a real game, it' s the same if you want to do like Irving or Iverson or Curry, that are not normal move
