All that in under 1 minute burn time. Excellent!
Yep, nice and fast!
Amazing what human mind can create ☺️
Right?!
Actually it's a collection from the few smartest minds in the world throughout all human history until we got to computer assisted.
Glorious is my Creator who created human mind.
so amazing, can you give name of this machine please
Omg it's so perfect. What laser are you using?
Laser details are in the description
Love your work and instruction my dude
Glad to hear it! Thanks so much for watching Josiah!
Nice work love your work & guide
Thank you!
where did you got the library settings? could you please share some info thanks
Cheer~~~cut or carve (a text or design) on the surface of a hard object.😊
Can you please make tutorial step by step, how to focus etc..
Is it possible? You can send me a link because your channel is very big etc . And I'm new I will receive my laser engraver and cutter soon
Impressive. I only have a CO2 but fiber/galvo seems to be pretty nice and quick
Absolutely! Fiber galvo's are fantastic at marking/engraving and are super agile. Co2 is great too though, especially with organic materials like wood.
Such a cool laser.
Agreed!
How much does that laser cost?
@@seb.sch.8905 This isn't an Atomstack. it's a Mactron 30W JPT
Thousands
Hey, love your content. I want to sign up to support the channel and also to receive your parameters library. I see there are two options. Would either choice get me the parameters library?.
Yes, both options includes that!
In the end... I want to be as good as this bloke is at engraving...
what is the name of the level and focus used for this?
Wow that's amazing 😍😍😍
Thanks for watching!
Awesome!!!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
if i needed to engrave something on both the front and back of a pendant what gauge of silver should i use for the pendant?
Hi, I'm learning a lot from you my friend.
Hey when you did the "clean it up" run, i'm confused how it makes the black marking into white like that. Can you explain what's happening please?
Higher frequency (25 -> 45 khz) means less energy per pulse. Less energy gives a lighter look and does a better job pushing the carbon scoring out of the way leaving a nice clean finish!
@@LaserEverything great that mean any fiber laser machine can clean the engraving?
Hello. I want to join your academy. The type of laser I have is a 60w JPT Mopa with 69 mm rotary axis. 110*110 mm lense with a working voltage of 110-120V and 50-60HZ. Will your Academy help me with settings etc? Thanks so much for your time. 😊
The LMA is mostly a means to support the existing content we upload for free for everyone but yes you'll absolutely find settings for that laser type by signing up as well as an amazing community of supporters that will help you work through the material. Hope to see you over there!
Great sir 🎉
Thank you for watching!
Hey dude I used this vid in my full length video I hope ur fine with that at abt 1:23
I have a question and I’m a nobe to laser and I just received a jpt 60w mopa laser. I don’t find all the parameters in my library. How do I acquire these for my ezcad2 program? Thanks
We have a starter parameter pack and also a community library available on our website :)
We have videos on the channel here to help you import them, if that is needed as well.
Amazing !! Where did you get the pendant?
Customer provided!
cool nice job
Thanks!
Do you have WhatsApp
How do the lasers do the different colours?
la maquina no tira en colores, lo que hace es cristalizar los atomos de carbono con mayor o menor potencia primero quema mucho y despues poco por eso lo deja mas claro
is there anyway to get the black outline off after the cleanup pass?
I believe this mark used "mark contour" to do an outline around the engraving area after the inner space was filled. You can uncheck "mark contour" in the hatch settings to skip this step which will lessen this effect.
Amazing work. When you clean it at the end, is this the same as "annealing" the material? Beside of the final look, it helps protecting the surface? thanks.
Not exactly annealing, since it is basically lightly ablating the loose material off the surface to help clean and brighten things up. In some cases I would put that second pass in the same "category" as the anneal though, since we'll use it as a secondary pass to clean or enhance in some way. It can be used stand alone too as its own mark too, just depends on what you're looking for on results and what material you're working with.
@@LaserEverything Thanks for your response!
Sir can u please tell me how to do surface black marking on gold and silver i am using 60w jpt source please provide me the settings and parameters i am facing trouble on it
Low frequency makes the dark and deep engraving .
That's so cool
Parameter not shown in my software library. From where do i get these parameters?
Yes, you have to add your own or download them. Check out lasereverything.net
Mestro de maestros 👍👏👏
Haha glad you think so :D
Wow!
How to colour engvare?
hey, im gonna buy a fiber laser, any sugestions? i was goona buy a 50w chinese aliexpress around 3000€
All of our reviewed recommended brands can be found at www.lasereverything.net/buyingguide/
Highly recommend checking it out!
Can this be done with the xtool s1 20w
You won’t get the same results, but you might be able to get some kind of mark. We engraved into the surface with this fiber laser, but typically with a diode (different wavelength) it’s not typically going to dig into the metal, more surface marks and heating.
Can I do it in Burn Light Software....?
I'm thinking your Software is Ez2... Right...?
I need to learn in Your Community... With is ...?
You can 100% do this in lightburn. When this video was made, it was atleast a year before lightburn for galvo was released, so we were stuck with ezcad 2 at the time. There are lots of video on the channel to learn with, and we have links to our communities in most of our video descriptions :)
Hi, First of all thank you very much. Your videos are very helpful, I am setting a personalised jewellery business and got this new machine and now I am learning it step by step, I followed the process as you advised however I do not have this settings in param library. Can you please Help me? Thank you.
Ezcad doesn't ship with any settings. You'll have to experiment and find your own. Every machine is different. If you want a starting point you can grab our library by signing up to support the channel over at masters.lasereverything.net
@@LaserEverything Thank you for your quick response. I am going to join soon. :)
Here to help ☺️
How can I get this table of recording parameters?
By supporting the channel over at masters.lasereverything.net/
Well this video just helped me huge. Friend brought me a sterling silver necklace to engrave. The only thing I had to do different was up the power on the first pass either because it was to reflective or some coating was on it. Once I got it to burn though the setting worked great. THANKS AGAIN!!! MERRY Christmas
Definitely likely a reflection issue. Glad it helped you get it figured out though! I'm sure it came out great :)
What engraving machine do you use?
This was done with our 30w JPT Mactron machine, link in the description!
My parameters library is empty, what to do to get silver setting
You can copy them out of the video for free, but you'll have to adjust for your lens/laser wattage accordingly. Alternatively you can sign up to support the channel over at masters.lasereverything.net/ for the full parameter library download.
What software are you using?
This was filmed on EZCAD before Lightburn was released. I'd recommend Lightburn now.
Which fiber machine is this?
This was done on a 30w JPT with a 110 lens :)
Where did you get the pendants from
This was customer provided
What machine do you recommend for beginners for Jewlery
In this video we used a 30w JPT Fiber from Mactron, and it's been great for engraving jewelry. If you wanted more capability/power, going up from there. You might be able to get by with a 20w, but for the cost difference, a 30w is probably the better buy unless you need an ultra portable light machine. There's links in the buying guide posted in the description if you want to check it out
Bro how can I make my red pointer in square to other shapes?
Check the box that says "show contour" down by the "light" and "mark" buttons in the bottom window.
This is really nice , I have few more question to ask will it be good to send these over the mail with desired outcomes. Request if you could share your email addresses😊😊
You can contact me on the discord server if you want to get in touch - that is the best way.
what make and model are you using
This was using a 30w JPT LP fiber from Mactron. We have a link to it in our buying guide and is on the MakerRemix Marketplace if you want to check it out.
What machine do you use my man?
This project was done on a 30w JPT LP Fiber laser from Mactron, but we use many machines, there's a link on our buying guide if you want to check it out.
What laser engraving machine is this?
30W JPT Mactron Fiber
which tool you use for focusing can you send the link pls or how i can make at home ?
@@TinaYin-db3yl ok send me who can make it in Serbia or where i can order i can send you picture of laser that we have it
We measured and made it with our CO2 laser, there's lots of files available floating around for free in laser circles to make your own
which price of machine
If you check out our website lasereverything(dot)net we have a buying guide with links to every fiber laser we've tried and liked
Why need an outline? Isn’t there a spot before marking?
The outline is the spot before marking and it allows you to make sure everything is centered and straight before pulling the trigger. The red dot alone isn't sufficient for alignment.
@@LaserEverything I see. Thanks. That makes sense. I will do the same.
Hi brother
What is the machine name and brand?
30w Mactron JPT, link in the description.
can you make the black marking claner? i work in silver costume jowlery frome silver plates(3moths) and we make some designs with some part heachet, and after that we sending /polish and paint the hach area with normal black marker ,its loocks ok buut on bigers area its faling of so if i can make the hech black and clean
Try tightening your line distance up to something like .01mm
Yup i try someting like that and crose lines on , its a little better but not perfect, i olso put the loop distance on 0.001 once and i bracke to the other side :)) the problem is that i need to do the.hach deep because affter i cut out the pice frome the silver plates need to be polishing on machine and sometimes even gold plated
Nice video, but just wanna ask why does the laser run the pattern again after finishing the pattern/design?
I would guess they have it run twice
It's part of the settings
What program Is this sir?
Ezcad 2
Hi what model lazer is this?
30w Mactron JPT Fiber
From where we can buy this laser machine

What machine is this?
It's a Mactron 30W JPT fiber
What software is this?
Ezcad2
Hey apa laser fiber 20w bisa menggrafir rubber/ silicone ?
It can do rubber, but will take a bit of testing and being careful not burn it up or melt it. Co2 lasers are a bit better for that material.
I have 30w mopa JPT laser marking machine it was working normally but now it's just light no marketing and if I restarted the machine it mark 1 word then I feel it's loosing the power, how to check it
I suspect the power supply, check out this video to test yours: czcams.com/video/z77dJ3bM9s8/video.html
@@LaserEverything thanks for the help, issue resolved 💕
Glad to hear it!
Is that engraving part sped up?
Nope :)
is there any laser that actually etches into the metal and give it grooves?
Fibers will do that, we just chose to do a surface marking in this short but we do deep engravings on our channel regularly!
@@LaserEverything can you please copy a link for me
These are both good examples:

How many watts is your laser? I'm trying to do a fingerprint on a silver pendant with a 30W but I'm not getting anywhere near the results you are...
This was a 30w laser. I used a 110 lens in this video - you may be using a larger lens which is a lot less powerful?
@@LaserEverythingNot sure what the lens was but I just completely fucked my laser by turning the frequency down to 25kHz. it's completely dead and I need to send it back to raycus to have it fixed. I found in the literature later that the laser source is not designed to go below 40kHz and following your settings completely destroyed it.
What's worse is that this happened in front of a customer looking to buy one of these lasers.
I appreciate the advice but you should maybe consider warning people to look to the manufacturer specs for your specific machine before blindly following your settings because between this post and the last it has cost me thousands of dollars and completely ruined my day.
@@LaserEverything whats the model of the machine ?
Which machine is this one?:)

Hi can I do this on a 20w laser machine?
Yep 100% no problem!
What's the name of software 😊
We used ezcad2 for this back when we filmed :)
Name of the machine please and the code of it

How much is this laser setup?
Prices have come down a lot over the last few years, but this model in its current upgraded version from the manufacturer is probably around $4k USD. It depends on the options/upgrades you want. Can check it out on the Maker Remix Market, Mactron has it listed
