An amazing brief tour there DJ - as a lover of london, this was great for me. The combination of the old and the new, the way its always changing but still timeless. Nowhere quite like it in the world i think. Thanks

Fantastic as usual very interesting, nice to blow the cobwebs away in the fresh air, good bit of exercise. Love the views of Old Father Thames, Im from Manchester area and I always taught my kids and teach my grandkids to don't just look at the ground look up because the buildings are so amazing, the old shipping, banking merchant buildings are so impressive and architectural they tell a story they are living history, then you have the modern buildings , cities are such an eclectic mix of old and new, far to many people walk around with their eyes closed Thank you for opening peoples eyes and sharing those amazing sites.

I love London I don’t visit very often but each time I do I feel so alive it’s brilliant
I used to spend a lot of time in London when I was very young , I had an aunt and uncle who had a fish and chip shop in Tottenham
It was I can remember the address

It was pulled down years ago but they are very happy memories I still love fish and chips LOL

Hi Darren mate ….always love watching your vids whilst chilling at home …I’m from leeds ,love it up north ,because everyone is friendly and talk and maybe help each other ….where if your in london ,the most intimidating thing is unfriendliness and most people you talk to say the same ,I’ve worked ,delivered down there and for me it’s overcrowded……but each to there own …..take care bud
Absolutely loved this!! Takes me back to your original walking videos. I'd never get sick of watching these. London looks absolutely stunning and full of so much history. Maybe we could check out the Tower of London together when I come over. 😁👍🏼

I had 2 school friends whose dads were Beefeaters in the Tower Of London. One I’m still in touch with. The other one got married in The Tower during the summer, 40 years ago so you can the tourists, they were shocked in the nicest way!
I did the same walk last time I was there, then carried on past the Blitz memorial garden, past The Town of Ramsgate to The Prospect for lunch. Very nice stroll it is too. Great video and thanks for showing it.

Hi DJ. I'd have taken a left at number 1 London Bridge and then walked along the river past Hays Gallaria, the Belfast, city Hall (that was) then Shad Thames and up on to Tower Bridge. Love waking around London, especially down the river. Often catch a train to either London Bridge or Charing X and go from there. Also love using the DLR. Some fantastic stations along the Thames on their to get off and explore.
I love London, it reminds me of NYC in a way. I havnt been in the Tower of London either. It's nice that you gave this channel some love 👍

Myself and my wife used to do this walk in reverse from Tower Gateway with our first stop at Hung Drawn and Quartered continue onto Monument / Leadenhall / Borough Market area ❤
You and me both DJ I too have never been inside The Tower Of London. Have done Tower Bridge however and it’s truly awesome the views. I used to do this walk when I lived Lee Green, I’d get the train down from Blackheath to London Bridge then walk to Liverpool Street for the train up to Norfolk, to visit my elderly mum bless her. I can remember that stunt David Blaine the American magician a few years ago outside City Hall, let’s think now what was it 30 days without food or something.
The keys ceremony at the Tower is fantastic Btw. Remember going as a kid to see the Crown jewels.

I absolutely love your tours. I'm planning to hopefully visit the UK, this year so this is really helpful. OTC! I would love to be able to do similar videos of NYC but I don't have the time, perhaps in a few years when I retire!
Tower bridge ….Me and vicki stayed at the tower hotel at the side ….last time we came down ,was a nice hotel

Yes love the architecture of the building where the Four Seasons is located in Trinity Square, if I can remember, believe it used to be the offices for port of London authority.

Sorry just watched your fry up , if you have bubble the egg needs to be on top of it so the yolk coats the bubble, just saying! Do love the content,London is an awesome city but was blown away when I took the wife to Edinburgh,we live in Folkestone so we can do daytrips to London,but Edinburgh needs more time to really enjoy it! Just watched the tower of London vid on telly,we done that just before lockdown at the end of December, absolutely amazing but couldn’t do the Crown Jewels as it was rammed with tourists,an hour and a half was the projected time! Although we did do the tower bridge experience imagine a wife scared of heights walking across a glass floor over the Thames and then telling she’s got to walk back again ! I did video her but will not be able to post it as I like breathing!

Nowadays, to many people walk around, looking dowards or into shop windows but never look up and appreciate the buildings above them and the architecture 😢

The main take out from the vid for me Darren was the pic, I may be wrong but felt you were asking your loyal followers what they thought of you with less hair. Though it isnt my business I for one thought you looked and think you will look fine with your hair cropped after all we are all getting older a bit of baldness never hurt anyone (ask the Mitchell brothers), PLUS who wants to remind others of Bobby Charlton. - take the plunge mad I dont think you will regret it.
