I heard a lot about this place possibly being the cheapest curry in London so I had to try this place out.
The Curry Hut in East London (East India) situated in Chrisp Street Market next to All Saints DLR
The chicken vindaloo is "off the charts".
I ordered the chicken vindaloo, plain rice, plain naan bread & a bottle of cold still water = all for £7.50 ........ Outstanding!
The Curry Hut is well worth a visit - not just for a cheap curry but for a great curry.

iv'e sad it for years, there's a meal out there for everyone. some enjoy michelin star food at inflated (no pun) prices, some a simple sausage and chips from the local chippy. we all enjoy what we enjoy. who doesn't enjoy a good 'ol curry?.

Cheapest in London! Cheapest in the UK I would say, Not small portions either, Looks fantastic, another one to try next time I'm in London.
You'd get the naan bread and water in Dublin for that money, ok maybe the rice as well 🤣

Hi DJ it's Hung again. I am watching your videos again and again fornthe following reasons. 1 your a diamond geezer, I'm researching for London and I love these great value places. I was in London this Saturday gone and I went to the South Bank centre marker for food. I was disappointed because the food tasted okay but to pay £10 for a chicken schwarma salad box was too much.

I've eaten at this place many many times Ricky. And it really is that good, trust me, a little gem. You must go. Also in the corner of the same market is a proper old school english cafe. No airs and graces and the food in there is also very very good. And there is the added benefit of some real characters in that part of London! Whilst sitting outside eating I've been offered all sorts of goods from 'street vendors', most stolen, and some very illegal! Seen and heard it all! If you do go get back to us and let us know how you got on.

Hot curries actually cool you down. You persperate opening up pores. One of the reasons these countries eat such hot dishes. But Darren's like me I love a good vindaloo. Had a lovely chicken tikk garlic balti yesterday darren but told them madras strength with fresh chilli on top. Off the charts

Just watched the latest episode ( a day later I know!) and If you don't live or work around the London area you do have this preconceived idea that the capital is expensive. What a legend,eating a red hot curry on a red hot day.It didn't even looked like the spice bothered you.Jalapeno hot is about my limit,and I've never tried a vindaloo but you've made me want to try one.

Enjoy your videos, but having lived in London for 43 years , it makes me realise what a mistake I made moving my family out to a village in Cambridgeshire. I so miss the buzz of the City 😞
