It's certainly a lot better than it used to be.
We went last month as our boy was singing in Young Voices 2024, i hadn't been for ages, and there is so much more in there now.

Have been around the 02 and visited the restaurant area but to be honest didn’t know about the upper shopping mall. Another must do for my up and coming visit to London soon. Battersea shopping mall also on my list.

Great video Darren giving a detailed tour of the O2 Arena we lived next to Royal Victoria for 8 years before the Cable Car was built at that time there were very few Bars / Restaurants/ Shops in the area

Must admit Darren I worked on those tower blocks next door to o2 called Greenwich peninsula for over a year. Didn't even know all that was inside. Just got the tube to work and back home.
When they built the millenium dome as it was originally named it was proclaimed a white elephant, ie a building that would have no ongoing use. Well the developer appointed did a brilliant job, I have been to a few concerts down there and there is lots of excuses to get in early before you go into the arena. And yes, its absolutely massive inside, incredible they could get a 20,000 indoor arena in that space with all those bars/restaurants etc.

Great video, how about a follow-up video about the outside of the O2 plenty of street food stalls and bars before you enter the main building.

I was actually there helping to get it built ( doing scaffolding) back in the day..... What i really could not believe was just how MASSIVE.... it was ! 😊
Its just an Arena Darren 😂but it's not 😮 it's a small town size of entertainment, shopping, eateries. And hours of free mooching about😊 What did you once say? The best way to see any place is to get lost and just wandering 😊 Then book yourself a day here❤Darren as per,a truly interesting video.
