- Hey everyone! Bear with me as I adjust to using a brand new editing software (still haven't quite gotten the hang of it, clearly) but Oh My God. I genuinely LOVED this performance. She killed it. Now who knows if she could do this 8 days a week (that broadway life), but I would really love to see her on Broadway whenever things are safe to open back up because holy cow.

the amazing thing is the fact that she has hundreds of mind-blowing performances. The strange and sad thing is the reality that countless millions of people around the world are still unaware of this incredibly talented girl. I subscribed.
Just imagine that she is just sitting and slayed it.
I remember commenting months back when you mentioned you had reacted to Morissette, and at that time you hadn't released it, so I told a few friends "a good one is comming" (because I'm a sucker for reactions with classically trained reactors ) and then I didn't see it! Now I know what happened lol.
I love your style "you been knew" lol lol . Your explanation of what's physically going on is fascinating! She's been singing this song for ten years now, I think it definitely shows. What a talent. She's more of a pop singer, but she has these foundational skills. I know that Ariana G has a similar theater background as well. Morissette has said she uses Broadway songs to warm up her voice, which I found interesting! I'd love to see her back on this channel when your schedule permits! Great reaction!

The squeaking is kind of an intentional trademark that many people love, and even wait for. It would just be out of place in this song.

BTW, her squeaks/cries are a stylistic choice and 100% intentional. It’s her trademark.

Morissettes vocal improvement in the three years I have been following her has improved immensely. Everyone raves about her secret love song, Akin ka na Lang and rise up but in my opinion her later performances of Fly Like A Bird and this song are far more polished. She is in my opinion the best vocal performer on the planet right now.

Morisette has always been able to sing low notes. I don't think you have enough exposure to her so are not aware of her capabilities. Mori has incredible control over her voice including her squeaks, whistle notes, etc. She has incredible range also.
