Looks like a great option If.....you trust that brand. All reports their new autos are great. My TX 22 has been great and whatever G series I tested had zero failure with a couple of hundred rounds.
I have shot my tx22 more than any gun I own and it just keeps rolling very impressive. So fun and I only had 1 issue in the beginning when I was using the speed loader. After I started hand load mags not 1 issue.
I have the non optic version with the bronze slide. Love it.
I own 2 GX4s .. first one I purchased the first week they came out … several thousand rounds… has ran great .
My second is a GX4 XL TORO cane with Riton optic

I picked up one of the Ritons, it works for what I want but in very low light it's a little hard for me to pick up quickly. But for that price I'm not complaining, thanks for the link.
I've already purchased the gx4 but Taurus on their site now has the slide with the optics cut for about $150.

Well, this is ironic. I just picked up my new GX4 TORO yesterday. I also have the Vector Frenzy-S and initially was going to put it on my Shield Plus OR. However, it does not sit flat/flush on the top of the optics cut out on the Shield Plus (even though it is supposed to).
I have not tried to mount it to my new GX4 yet, but plan to later today. Thanks for this video!
Don't buy a Crimson Trace CTS 1550. It won't fit the TORO.

That trigger is way better than that sig. shoots really good but I will say I only load 12 in that extended mag when I put 13 and I can see the bullet poking out the bottom it’s going to definitely break if you load it all the way up

I think they should scale this up to a compact size to replace the G3. That flat trigger would also be great in the tx22

How well does the red dot co-witness? Full/ 1/2 or 3/4?
what type of mount is this red dot? is it an rmr? Did you need an adapter card?

Question: What do you use to clean the glass after shooting fifty or so rounds? I noticed you have the same issue with your GX4 with the suet build up on the front of the glass after firing it a few mags.
I've carried optics for a few years now.
I use compressed air for 99% of the cleaning.
If smudges & stuff build up, I use an optic cloth & sunglass/eye glass lens cleaner.
Just blow it off with compressed air first to remove any grit that could possibly cause scratches.
Is the magazine catch reversible?

Is the vector optic really day light bright and how would you compair it to the swampfox justice green dot? My justice doesn't seem to get very bright in day light

Yeah as One Night said, it's a good pickup. I love mine but it is a small gun and is a bit harder to manage while shooting like other micros. It's a great affordable option tho! Built well and I've had no feed issues so far with mine, from steel to brass. I like the ergos and the new style of trigger.
Yes but I’d look into a G3C/G3C TORO if I were you. The G3C can run 12 magazines from the G3 (the full-size gun) so it can essentially go from compact to mid to full sized with the factory 15 and 17 round magazines from the G3.
First carry gun just get the Taurus G3 or compact still good for carry

The optic takes away from the deep concealment.
I have an open carry magnet for the car and it works well, but you're right, hard to conceal it.
I conceal the Hellcat with an optic no problem. I am a not very big. When I need deep concealment I appendix carry, just a T-shirt over it and it is good to go. If you want to pocket carry though....the optic would probably snag when you draw.

@@thystaff742 I wrestled with that very thing. I thought about the P365 as then last May, those were really the only small pistols that did not compromise on capacity. I decided that even though Springfield was kinda @$$holes when it comes to the 2A....the Hellcat was the best tool for the job. I certainly can understand someone not buying their products.

How did you keep that optic from not flying off? I bought it and it flew off, now I can’t get it to hold /:
You may need the correct plate for your optic.. or blue loctite on the screws.

I lived the Tarus nightmare ,, send gun back 4 times and never fixed , they replaced with another model and more issues , they argue with gunsmith and myself , trade to gun store for 100.00 credit on a 700.00 XD because even they did not want it . don't buy Taurus

I own 3 different taurus guns and all are just as good as my m &p 2.0 . No issues whatsoever. Sorry you got a bad one. I know people that had issues with sigs and glocks too.
I'm kinda of done with the micro subcompact. I've been carrying a full duty sized handgun lately. Idgaf if I print or not. The world is getting crazy and I'm not trying to spare liberals feelings cause guns are scary.
