And a little like to milk separately and let it curdle then filter the curdles a couple of times and use the milk then. I have seen this in Morgan drinks coffee videos, and have tried it for myself. It is a game changer for acidic drinks.

Fun fact: skittles taste all the same, they just want you to think the different colours indicate a different taste
I have friends who insist they can taste the difference between them by the flavour of the different dyes used in the shell
They do have different smells and colors though, which changes the taste due to your brain being tricked
