Porco/a it's literally pig, but in italian there is a vulgar version of it that means something like "dirty" or "easy" or "sensual/winking" (as bad meaning of it) or better a merging of these words. (something like: cock means "a male of a chicken" as it also can means "penis" like porco means pig but also "slutty/bimbo" person).
They use "slutty" which is quiet close, but i would say porca is more similar to what you call "bimbo" then to "slutty" because it can be use also as a "nice" comment for a girl, still rude says "s/he is a porca/o" but can means "she/he is a very beautiful and sensual woman/man" as a positive comment and not as an offensive one. But usually we use with friend and not in front of that person XD.
But it's different when you use it near a blasphemy, in that case is literally pig. To bring together God, or better the job he's doing at that moment, to an "ugly" animal.
fan fact: we use something that means absolutely nothing but is fucking satisfying that is "porco cazzo" that could be "slutty/bimbo cock" or "piggy cock" but probably nobody can say which one it is, but i think the closer curse in eng, maybe, would be "fucking fuck".

Porco cazzo! I forgot to say what i meant to tell in my previous comment xD about porco due (piggy Two) 15:30: in this case "due" is a transliteration of "dio", god in english. so is a blasphemy undercover xD.

This is for educational purposes only! There are many ways to go round blasphemy... for example you may say Porca puttana- troia( which is still bad) porca vacca or porca miseria which are weaker, but definitely not Porco D....that's serious. Then you have merda- stronzo, coglione, rompipalle, mi hai rotto il cazzo etc...another way to say -vaffanculo- can be -vai a farti fottere- o a prenderlo in culo. Porco is used universally to say - fxxxing- so it can be used in various ways, you don't translate it litterally, but when you use it you know it is for swearing ...

FYI "porco due" is a watered down blasphemy (bestemmia), being "due" a replacement for "Dio" (God) - and yes, "porco" is a worse way of saying pig (istead of "maiale") or, as you did point out, it could mean "dirty"

"porco due" is used by roman because "due" (that means two) is the closest word to "dio" that means god. Italian use "porco due" to avoid of being blasphemious. Another example is "Crist...ina D'Avena". Cristina D'Avena is an italian anime intro composer and singer and we use her name because "Cristina" is the closest word to "Cristo" that means Christ for the same reason of "porco due"

in Rome, we have a special "taste" in cuss words: we have one for every situation, both positive and negative. Often a bad word, in Rome, can have a double meaning. For example, you can say "mortacci tua!" ( something like "your bad deads") to show you are angry with something/somebody, but you can also greet a close friend with "Mortacci tua! Hai fatto i soldi? Dove sei stato tutto questo tempo?" (that is: "Your bad dead ones, you became rich? Where have you been all this time?", saying it with a smile or a pat on your friend's shoulder.

in Italy you might ear other types of cuss or bad words. for example in Tuscany a lot of people say "maremma maiala", in Piedmont many people say "boja faus" and in sardinia you can ear "minca" that is another way to say minchia. all of these bad words basically has the same meaning, maybe the only one that means something else is "vaffanculo" that usually is used to offend someone. love from italy man💙

Among the various curse words that indicate sexual parts, I remember you the one for male seminal fluid (medical term: sperm) which exists in different versions:
    V. 1 - Sborra
    V. 2 - Sborro
    V. 3 - Sburro (similar to burro which is butter)
This is only for Italian, but there are various local versions such as the Neapolitan "Spaccio/Spaccimma" and the Piedmontese "Sbora" (very close to the italian versions).

Italians speak 33 languages, so for every one curse word in English, there are probably at least 30 curse words in Italian or so.
For example, there is an Italian website that list all the synonyms of p*ssy used in Italy, it counts 100 words, included "every word that ends in -e, placed in the right context".
In Veneto is very very used the word "mona", litterally means "p*ssy", but it's used in a lot of context.
For example "nar in mona" (litterally: go in p...) means something like "f*ck you" but also the literal meaning.
But "te si un mona" (lit: you are a p...) means "you are fool" or "you are an a**hole" or "you are stupid"..
"x'è na bela mona" (lit: she is a beautiful p...) means "it's a beautiful girl".
But you can use "mona" to speak to a dear friend.
"Te si drio dir monade" means "you are talking nonsense".
"In tanta mona" means "very far from here".
"Va tutto in mona" (lit. everything goes in p...) means "it all goes wrong".
"Son smonà" (lit. I am without p...) means "I'm bored".

Okay so you're right, porco means pig but in a mostly dialectal way so it's not formal talk (in an educate way you would say maiale) the female of porco should be porca following the italian rules BUT porca is a mostly insult-related word so we say scrofa to say female pig. Porca is mainly a way to say dirty or slutty and then you add something following porca and you've done it. Insult made!
(And yes, if you are thinking "wow italian is a sexist language!" you are right. For example zoccolo is a traditional wooden shoe but the female is zoccola wich literally means bitch or worse. There are endless examples like this one, and a million different ways to say bitch.)
