I visited this house and it is absolutely amazing. I would suggest highlighting the wow factor (high living room ceilings) though.
glad to see toll brothers is consistent around the country, million dollars homes so close together you can catch a cold when your neighbor sneezes. I would never buy one, I prefer some sense of privacy when I'm in my back yard that I spend a million bucks on.

Definitely a great property but I feel like I only viewed half the home in this video. The walkthrough style of showing the home is superior to the brief montage style. The greatroom is fabulous but I would have never known the scale of it if you hadn't walked to the outside area and captured it in the background.
You said 3 1/2 baths in your introduction but in your title it says 2 1/2 baths. Nice home.

Yeah, does she come with the house? There was an awful lot of camera time spent on the agent than there was on the actual house.

TV over the fireplace mantle. This is tacky interior design. Plus, it’s uncomfortable to view television at a high angle. TV screens should be at eye-level when seated on a sofa so that you don’t have to keep your head tilted (or your eyes not forward) the entire time you’re sitting there watching it; that’s unnecessary strain. Plus the fireplace is just a distraction for the TV. Mantles should be for photo frames, trophies, or art. Never TVs.
