My favorite part was the media room and the style of the stairs
This is a great floor plan. The flow from space to space makes sense to me. The only thing I didn't like is the wine room, but I don't drink lol. I'd have to turn that space into...I don't know, maybe a snow cone room. I can see all the syrups stored in the slots where wine is supposed to go. My ice shaver on the counter, maybe add a cotton candy machine along side it. The popcorn machine would be up in the theater room though. But yeah, I liked this one. I prefer this style far and above the modern styles with the floaty stairs and bizarre banisters. I hope you don't get sick of me yapping my opinion on all your tours. Well actually I don't comment on every tour because Mama always says "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." Haha, but sometimes I do comment on the ones I don't like. But I have to REALLY not like it to comment negatively on the house. One thing about every single tour I love is that you always remind us of God's pure love and that Jesus is the way, so thank you for that!

You said comment down below. I am sorry about critique, but I would like to know dimensions of bedrooms, what is the countertop material, are the drawers soft close,and the height of ceiling. When walking in the home your flow is off, doesn’t flow. Please don’t take this to heart, this is what I would be asking about if you were my realtor. I like wood floors through out -even laminate is ok. Marble or tile is so cold and industrial. I've seen homes with all three -marble, wood and carpeting on the same floor. Doesn't look right. Tiling in bathrooms is ok but wall to wall carpeting in a bedroom or stairs?? Even kitchens IMO should have wood floors. That's a big turn off for me! One thing you can do more is show the neighborhoods the homes are in and also the yard space -maybe drone shots?
