She will be held accountable for her actions by Jesus. God actually asks us to repent for a reason. Being a prostitute is being on a path to hell. Scripture says all fornicators will have their part in the lake of fire.
I did humble myself. I humbled myself by admitting I was a sinner who needed mercy and repenting of my sins. I don´t think Im superior to her, because I see she was in the same wretched state I was, only God can regenerate her wicked heart, and when he does, he transforms you, he doesn´t let you stay living in sin. She has no conviction of living as a prostitute so its clear she has not been sanctified, Jesus refers to it (those who go back to their sins) as a dog returning to its vomit.

I remember when the U.S. Department of Defense made it illegal for military personnel to solicit prostitution, even in countries where it would otherwise be legal. We received an eye opening presentation on sex trafficking. I honestly had no idea the extent to which it goes on. It was sickening. While I'm not a fan of the U.N., I think they really need to do something about this internationally. They need to get real commitments from member nations to put a stop to it...maybe with a treaty.

Young girls' dysfunctional home lives made worse by an ineffective UN, a corrupt police dept and yes even heartless tourists living out their fantasies. If the UN can do no more than just identify the problem what good are they? They need to do much more to shed light (internationally) on such crimes and help these poor countries by offering a way out for these young girls and boys to have a better future.

This is so very sad on so many levels. The trauma that will come from everything they're going through will show up even later in life for these poor kids and hit them again when (hopefully) they are able to get out of these situations. I can't believe the parents leave the kids to go work abroad and don't send help for them or take them with them. I know it's not easy, but if they don't look out for their kids, who do they think will? Such a very sad situation. They definitely need some help and change there.

Being from this country I will say I saw a lot of my friends when I was younger working the streets. I thought they were just staying out late playing or something and my mom never allowed me to stay out with them or go anywhere with them. Now I understand why. I was lucky to have amazing supportive parents who worked hard and loved me unconditionally which is something these young girls don’t have. This is so sad. Makes you want to halor. Brasil used to be my second home, but I never engaged in such behavior. I began visiting Brasil in 1990. All the women that I've been with I met through friends. I lived in Brasil, and trust me I have seen how some of the tourists behave. Once I witnessed an elderly man walk out of a hotel with two young boys. They were around thirteen years old. It was a very sad situation. I have not visited since about 2009.
